Please explain when that would be ok. Because I don't think it is, but you do, so please explain.

Let's see... apparently, racial stereotypes are ok if all of the following conditions are met:

1. You are in a debate.

2. You are losing the aforementioned debate.

3. Your apponent in the aforementioned debate is of a different race, color, or creed, and...

4. Your screenname is Protagoras.

Hope this helps!

ROTFLMAO - no, you just think it's perfectly all right to call American Indians "Injuns" and ask them if they're drinking "firewater". Nothing racial about that.

I take it back. Maybe you are stupid, and I was just giving you too much credit, thinking you were a jerk.

Hmmm, so you qualify for 1 through 3 and only wish your were #4 so it make it's Ok for you?

Gosh boy, I still am unconvinced. I still think it's wrong, but you know, it takes all types. Imagine that, a wronged minority victim like you turns out to think it's justified to use racial stereotyping. What's the world coming to?

"Was it unavoidable?"

I asked myself the same question. Could President Bush just have gone out of town, or arranged his schedul differently to coincide with another seemingly important function? I don't know enough about the official workings of the office to say with certainty.

However, the creepy one, did host a similar event for the Sr. Bush and I understand he was most gracious. Though, lying for Clinton, is as you mentioned, as easy as breathing air.

As sincere as I may be for speaking the truth, and standing up to the left, I do recognize there are occasions when it is just not appropriate.

Veering from this story, but introducing a similar topic, Rush said that at President Bush's party he approached and had a very amiable conversation with Larry King. I wonder why he found it so necessary. There were 4,999 other guests and unless King approached him, contact with King was easily avoidable. In my humble opinion, to soothe his own guilty conscience about it, Rush tried to put his approaching and conversing with King on an even par as Bushes comments during the unveiling of Clinton's portrait, which it isn't.

However, I was not upset because Rush had his picture taken with Gorbachev, because we defeated Gorbachev. I view Gorbachev attendance at Bush Sr.'s 80th birthday, and his picture with Rush, as evidence of America's defeat of communism in eastern Europe and the remarkable turn of events there and in our relations with the Soviet Union and the eastern block countries. It was a victory, that I thought I would never see in my lifetime. God Bless President Reagan.

I was proud of President Bush and Laura at the presentation of the Presidential Painting ceremony.

A President is to lead by example and he did a great job yesterday.

If anything, President Bush outshone everyone. I believe I have never seen the Clinton's so "speechless".

Mike Savage needs his mouth washed out with soap!

Bush demonstrated manners and grace

Yes, and that was after Shrillery and Bill have been dumping merda over him for the past year.

OK, I gotta go, but you and Chaddy boy have fun. I won't be online too much for a few days, so it will give you kids time to hone your insult skills. Maybe you can find some new Freepers to try out your liberal tag team spittle on.

LOL, ta ta 4 now kiddies....

Thanks. You might as well stop reading at that spot then, it only degenerates into an infantile flame war with frick and frack calling me a p-ick and assorted other viterol after that.

They might start calling you names now, so head for the hills! LOL

I gotta go for a few days, regards.

The most important responsibility a parent has, is to teach their children right from wrong. Clinton as morally corrupt as he is, does NOT have that ability. Therefore, it is IMPOSSIBLE, that clinton was a good parent. As complicated as you might try to make the issue, it's that simple.

He did not say, oh what good
parents they are.

You really should read it as
he spoke it.

He told Chelsea it is good to
see you here. You survived your
teenage years in the White House,
so you must have had a good mom
& dad.

Can you read? Because Chelsea did
"survive" as a WH teen, the 'Toons
must've done ok...she didn't end
up dead, crazy, etc. It was faint
praise. That's ALL.

Context Context Context Context...

You've got it right in saying how Bush really overdid it. I purposefully avoided watching it, but Rush played Bush's words on his program and that made me sick. And then I see a little clip on the news of Bush with a big smile and a back slap. I'm waiting for him to take up Michael Moore on the offer to screen Fahrenheit 9-11 at the White House. Moore even offered to make the popcorn! They can have a lovefest too. The Bushes are odd like that. We're not saying they should be rude and mean, but this lovefest is a disturbing considering Bush is apparently ok with being made the epitome of evil by these people. Just like George HW awarding Ted Kennedy with an award!!!???! Not good for the office and the Bushes can't even find it in them to at least respond.
