If you think mine is a voice in the wilderness, Mr. Combined, I believe you may be misreading the electorate. Less than half of the eligible voters even vote in America, meaning there is a huge untapped reserve of folks who feel disenfranchised by both Parties 'cuz it seems both parties believe in promoting an ever-expanding Federal Leviathan. These folks saw something they liked in Reagan, and some of us still hold out high hopes fer what we believe Dubyuh can become in his second term!!

It'd all be based on monitoring Federal Spending as a percentage of Gross Domestric Product, which is now somewhere around 23% or so. Just drop it by 1% a year fer 12 years and you've halved the size of the Federal Leviathan. You accomplish this by devolving Power--and Responsibility--from the Federal Leviathan and back to the States, Localities, and Individuals.
