What was that third flag at the library? I saw the US, California and a blue one. Hopefully not the UN flag!

Does anyone know what the name of that beautiful instrumental piece is that was played when the clergy and then Nancy exited the church?
I had just got myself composed and then that was played and I lost it again.
And does anyone else feel like this? When I shed tears during the service, they not only were for the Reagans but also for my Dad, my deceased Mother, my sister, others close to me.

An awesome tribute to them, cajungirl. Faith in God is a wonderful thingan indispensible thing. And a faith that is taught and nurtured by parents is that much more precious!

The new DNC talking point is to say Bush is not up to Reagan's standards and imply that KERRY(?!!ha ha) is up to being a Reagan. Not even in the wildest DNC drug induced acid trip.

How has Nancy gotten thru this day? She looks as if she has been crying. I hope she got a rest on the plane.

Nancy Reagan spent years planning this day.
She must be thinking that it turned out a hundred times better than she imagined.
It has been an absolutely perfect tribute to her husband. It will be another century before anybody is so honored.

What was abc saying?
They had some pointy-headed academic going on about how the backdrop of the Library was, like everything else Reagan-related, carefully staged for maximum effect. It depressed me. The guy could barely contain his sneer.

Hearing "Hail to the Chief" - "Dear, they're playing our song."
Horses! woo hoo!! Are those state police or rangers? Sheriff mounted horsemen. Case anybody needs killin' as they say in the west.
