this is it... this is goodbye... last time they'll play Hail to the Chief...
Sorry I read your post to fast. I thought you were asking if anyone also caught the camera on the piece of the Berlin Wall.
Makes me think of the future ceremonies for living Presidents.

Let's see:
1. George H.W. Bush's may be pretty big particularly if his son is still in office. President Bush service in WWII and has a son who is President. He is not young.
2. You know that the Clintons and the Carters are at this very moment planning on how to top this. They will be interesting to watch.
3. I think Ford's will be very low key ala Nixon.
4. I would hope G.W. Bush's is many many many years away and is Clinton's too. And I think we should hope that about Clinton too regardless of our views of him.
BTW:
1. G.W. Bush was born in 1946.
2. G.H.W Bush was born in 1924.
3. James E. Carter was born in 1924.
4. Gerald Ford was born in 1913.
5. William J. B. Clinton was born in 1946.
Also after this week the nation may demand that we have an pretty big ceremony for Mrs. Reagan?
Please freep me when they are available...
Just like something that RWR would have actually said, were he able.
It's not good to hold onto tears. :^)
Prairie
Chris Wallace is the son of Mike Wallace.
(We heard it on FNC earlier today.)
Don't count on him being buried in Arkansas. That narcissist will want to be buried in Arlington. I hope I'm dead by then.
Lainie, he was family, you can cry.
It's going to get me going to church again if I'm not careful.
Johnny Mathis is gay?
Grandma and grandpa had a mattress tied to the top of the car at the start of the Depression, and grandpa made grandma rich building houses in the Great Central Valley, California. Love to go there, like my roots are there too.
I am listening to a stream of Secret Service, US Air Force, Ventura County SO and Simi Valley PD....
I will try to find out what station it was..they were repeated warned and still tried to get in the area.
I can relate. When I find myself shedding tears at the events of this week, it is not only for the Reagans but also for Dad, my deceased Mother, my sister and her daughters, and for the sadness life brings all of us.
BTW: in case this wasn't posted (probably was), FOX was saying that the Hearse was due in at 6:00 p.m., but because of the tremendous crowds, it is very late.
I disagree ... Chris Matthews has been horrible
Yup. Same ones.
AIN'T THAT THE TRUTH!!!
I live in Little Rock and the idiot will be here Sunday to tape his 60 Minutes interview with Dan Rather for his book of fiction.
Cough cough. So do I, pettifogger. But I'm not married. :o)
"there's not a metrosexual boy in the lot either"
Those of us in uniform don't know the meaning of the word "metrosexual". ;)
