Is it just my PC or can anyone else see the image of George W Bush, superimposed on the first picture? It is even clearer when the picture is expanded.

Yes, fix the brightness or gamma and you see it. It must have been during a camera transition. Bush is at the podium.

It is. It probably was the webfeed changing scenes and my screencap capped during the change (fade in and fade out).

Yes, I can see it also. Someone in one of the early comments on this thread said that it looked as if the picture had been shot through the teleprompter.
