I wanna go where you're at!

I'd prefer to be about halfway between 59 and 90.

Thank you for your kind words.

I just got the following email and if it has already been posted, I apologize but thought many would be interested.

Thought you might like to share in this - and you might want to add God's wisdom for our national leaders to this request.

In W.W.II there was an advisor to Churchill who organized a group of people that dropped what they were doing every day at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace.

There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America If you would like to participate, every evening at 9:00pm Eastern Time, 8:00pm Central (6:00 pm Pacific, check your local time), stop whatever you are doing and spend one 1 minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, and for peace in the world.

If you know anyone else who would like to participate, please pass this along. Our prayers are the most powerful asset we have. Together, we "CAN" make a difference!

Thank You, and God Bless America!

Amen ! Bullseye post, Meg.

I was inspired by the procession. The parade, the music, the riderless horse with the boots in stirrups (backwards), Cheney's dialog/speech, etc., etc. It was quite an emotional chain of events from California in the a.m. to D.C. in the evening.

It was nice to hear the D.C. people during the procession with blessings/cheers for Nancy, too.

Yep, and like you I work for a gov. agency and am surrounded by liberals at my job. Beyond that I work downtown so even those that I don't work with are liberal (there tends to be more liberals in the city in general). I saw a 'no W' bumper sticker on a car that didn't go to my place of employment.
