VICTIM TO SUE SILVER (Dumbocrat corruption alert--rape victim speaks out)
NY POST ^ | June 9, 2004 | FREDRIC U. DICKER

Posted on 06/09/2004 1:40:31 PM PDT by Liz

MICHAEL BOXLEY Copped sex-abuse plea.

ALBANY — Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver — and the Assembly itself — will be sued today by a young woman who accused Silver's former chief counsel of raping her last year, The Post learned last night. The potentially explosive lawsuit, to be filed in Albany Supreme Court, will accuse Silver (D-Manhattan), the Assembly and the speaker's former aide Michael Boxley of allowing a "hostile work environment" to exist, despite warnings that young women were in danger of being abused, a source said.

The suit alleges a "pattern of tolerance for sexual harassment, a climate which actually encouraged this kind of conduct," according to the source.

The young woman bringing the suit had worked for Assemblywoman Susan Johns (D-Rochester) until she accused Boxley of repeatedly raping her in June 2003, after a night of drinking at several Albany nightspots.

Two days later, Boxley was arrested in his office outside the Assembly chamber on rape charges and led away in handcuffs.

Albany police suggested Boxley may have drugged the young woman, but blood tests were inconclusive and no drugs were ever found.

Boxley eventually agreed to plead guilty to sexual abuse, a misdemeanor. He was placed on six years' probation, fined $1,000 and required to register with the state as a sex offender.

Boxley's victim denounced the plea deal in court as a miscarriage of justice.

The rape victim's lawsuit says Boxley committed rape in 2001 and that the victim in that case, Elizabeth Crothers, never filed a criminal complaint, but instead took her story to Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver. Silver is accused of bearing responsibility for the 2002 attack, b/c the speaker failed to act on the victim's complaint.

One can only imagine the "Dumbocrat boys" being regaled by details of Boxley's sexual exploits. It's about time Speaker Silver bore responsibility for young girls being raped by his top aide in the Albany sex mill. This has happened several times, at least. Probably many girls are afraid to come forward fearing ridicule, and abuse at the hands of the corrupt Albany Dumbocrat machine.

Couldn't have happened to a better party. But then, their party has a history of sexual abuse.

I hear that now that sodomy is legal, the Dim's Boston convention is gearing up to accomodate gays, transexuals, and hermaphrodites to substantially increase the Dummycrat pervert vote. In light of the USSC decision, the DNC is trying to be really, really "tolerant and compassionate" of the sexual preference proliferation, and is creating sexually-oriented victim caucuses for the 2004 convention consisting of:

Transgender Caucus (whatever)

Unknown Gender Caucus (AKA heads-or-tails voters)

Necrophiliac Caucus (partners both genders as long as they are deceased)

Date-Rape Caucus (partner must be unconscious - as in Andrew Luster - Max Factor heir)

Inanimate-Object Caucus (partners non-humans such as cigars)

Bestiality Caucus (partners only with pets approved by PETA)

Bill's geting ready. too.

"Tee hee. This is the real me. Can't wait for the convention"

That list sends chills down my spine. Their Democratic National Convention should be renamed to "The National Gay, Lesbian, Small Animals, and Cold Corpses Convention."

Notwithstanding the scumbag, I'd like to know why women continue to NOT report these things to the police when they occur.

So she worked for a Pubbie. So what? That has no bearing on the crime.

She was raped by a Dummycrat, and the crime was aided and abetted by a top Dumbocrat in Albany.

We don't have the whole story.

I surmise the victim were told not to go to police, but to go to Speaker (gag) Silver, that he was the person that would assist them.

However, these trusting young girls did not know the ways of corrupt pols.

In point of fact, that's why the girl is suing Silver.....she's outraged. She signed off on the Boxley plea deal. But she was apparently lied to......was told the creep would be going to jail. Instead he got off w/out any penalty whatsoever.

Silver even enabled Boxley to collect about $100,000 in so-called "back pay." This was nothing but a bribe to Boxley so he wouldn't talk about what Silver and the rest of the "boys" knew about the date rape scheme.

Besides getting justice for this heinous attack, I sincerely hope that this lawsuit tears at the core of Sheldon Silver's criminal empire.

Maybe this is why Pataki was so upbeat in the Falls this morning.

Ossining would have been perfect for this depraved rapist. We coulda pitched in and bought him a going-away gift.....soap-on-a-rope---wouldn't want him to drop the soap in those communal showers (snicker).

This is good news. Silver has been under pressure to also release Greene's records, the black caucus is pleading with silver not to release them so Greene will have a better chance to get reelected.

There is also word out that it is time for silver to be ousted as speaker. I can get the names of the replacements suggested.

Sam pressure is being put on Bruno, I thought he was going to retire, I wish he would.

Silver has been the longest speaker ever in the assembly, it's the corrupt power of the Manhattan politics that need to go, anyone that is named to replace him has got to be from somewhere else in the state.

I would like to see some representation from WNY other than hoyt, schimminger etal. this regime must go down in flames, a little clinton influence destroys the new den of iniquity in Albany..
