(CNSNews.com) - The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force says it is time to repeal America's "archaic and unjust" sex laws.
The Task Force announced it is taking part in a project to analyze sex laws throughout the United States and identify which ones need to go.
The point is to "educate Americans about the prevalence and abuse of antiquated and unjust sex laws in the nation, and to give grassroots activists policy and organizing tools to work to change these laws," the Task Force said in a press release.
The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force said it is conducting the study of sex laws with help from the Woodhull Freedom Foundation, which describes itself as "a core group of experienced activists" dedicated to "advancing the cause of freedom in the fields of sexuality, civil rights and gender."
According to its website, "The Woodhull Freedom Foundation brings together experienced, successful sexual freedom activists" who seek to eliminate governmental and private barriers "to expressions of human sexuality in the United States and around the world."
'Persecuting minorities'
"This project will be a significant step toward eliminating unjust laws that are used almost exclusively for the purpose of persecuting minorities," said Dr. Mary Frances Berry, chair of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and a Woodhull Freedom Foundation board member.
"Most Americans are unaware of the sex laws in this country and how those laws are used to selectively persecute individuals simply for their private and consensual sexual expression," Berry said. "We believe that once people are educated on these issues, they will demand change."
Organizers said the project will address laws such as the one in Michigan prohibiting unmarried people from having sex and living together; and one in Kansas, where the age of consent is different for males and females.
In addition, the project will examine laws against public lewdness, "which are routinely misused to persecute and prosecute people who participate in non-traditional forms of sexual expression."
"I've seen firsthand how the misuse of these [public lewdness] laws has ruined the lives of gay and bisexual men," said Matt Foreman, executive director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.
"Few victims of this abuse ever come forward for fear of further embarrassment and the system counts on this silence. We intend to shine some light on these shameful practices."
The project will have two phases, organizers said. The first phase involves a study of the laws and how they have been "selectively used to target minorities." Those findings will be released at the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force's 17th annual conference in St. Louis in mid-November.
The second phase will include policy analysis, recommendations, and strategies for grassroots activists to use in overturning the laws or changing the way in which they are enforced, the press release said.
Homosexual Agenda Ping -Read this one for sure. Tells us a litte (plus the first comment - additional goals of these sick freaks) where they want to go with "sexual freedom".
In other words, to hedonist libtertines who have rejected all moral absolutes, ANY TEENSY TINY RESTRAINT against ANY sexual behavior is evil and must be eliminated.
Do you see where this is going? Picture it. As soon as you step out your door (or turn on the TV or open any magazine) you will be able to see (and unable to avoid) explicit sexual acts taking place anywhere and everywhere, any which way. They want to make "public sex" the norm.
IOW, they want to be DOGS! Actually, that's an insult to dogs; even dogs follow some kind of rhyme and reason.
If these sick freaks are not stopped, they will utterly destroy our country. And if some people think, "Well, these are the outer fringe. Most liberals/leftists/homosexual promoters don't think like this", don't fool yourself.

Incrementalism is the way they sell this to the courts (they don't bother to appeal to the legislature).
Fornication laws (unmarried/extramarital sex) are "outdated", "outmoded", "uninforced", and dropped from many states' sex laws. Statutory rape is considered an outmoded concept (sex with a minor below age of consent whether or not the other participant is a minor). Romeo and Juliet (now Romeo and Romeo) exceptions to the law permit minors to "consent" to acts they cannot legally provide consent to.
This pushes down the "age of consent". Even now we hear of how "unfair" it is that an adult man (18+) could have sex with a minor girl (17-) as long as they were within 4 years of each other but an adult man (18+) couldn't legally have sex with a minor boy (17-) even in states that permitted same sex sodomy. Defining deviancy downwards.
The age of consent for Americans abroad is 18+ (regardless of what the local laws at that citizen's home state or visiting nation are). This is federal law (although I don't see how it can be enforced) designed to reduce sex tourism that exploits minors. I don't see how it can be enforced because it does not occur in US territory and is not a crime by the laws of that nation.

The "sex positive agenda" also pushes for MORE sexual activity in schools, not less. Abstinance is a ridiculed concept (they consider it unhealthy to avoid having sex).
Junkies and homosexuals have long made use of public restrooms to "get off". Now that the byproducts of their addictions pose a potential health threat to others (blood on used needles, semen...) their acts in public need to be prohibited by the EPA. Call a Hazordous Materials clean up crew in and bill the offender anytime they are caught shooting up or engaging in sodomy in public (or if evidence is found of their actions but no "offender", traces of DNA can be retrieved).
*SIGH* I said this way back when the Texas sodomy law was overturned. GLAAD has now proven (as I said they would) that sex is a 'right' and should be alloweed anywhere, anytime. How long before having sex in private becomes illegal? Sheesh.

"Let´s look at gay behavior as defined by two gays, Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen Ph.D., authors of After the Ball: How America will Conquer its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the 90´s (1989).
In Chapter Six, they outline “ten categories of misbehavior,” drawn from their own experiences, wide reading and thousands of hours of conversation with hundreds of other gays. Their contention is that the gay lifestyle, not gay sexuality mind you, “is the pits.” They want gays to improve their image by addressing “what is wrong with a lot of gays.” (276)
What follows are some highlights. As you read this, ask yourself if there is another human community, including the Mafia that could make these generalizations about itself. Ask yourself if we haven´t caught this disease, or at least the sniffles.
• The authors say “a surprisingly high percentage” of pathological liars and con men are gay. This results from a natural habit of self-concealment, and leads to a stubborn self-deception about one´s own gayness and its implications.
• They say gays tend to reject all forms of morality and value judgments. Gay morality boils down to “If it feels good, I´ll do it!” If a gay feels like seducing a trusted friend´s lover, he´ll do it, justifying it as an act of “sexual freedom” and the friend be damned.
• They say gays suffer from a “narcissistic” personality disorder and they give this clinical description: “pathological self absorption, a need for constant attention and admiration, lack of empathy or concern for others, quickly bored, shallow, interested in fads, seductive, overemphasis on appearance, superficially charming, promiscuous, exploitative, preoccupied with remaining youthful, relationships alternate between over idealization and devaluation.”
• As an example of this narcissism, the authors say “a very sizable proportion of gay men” who have been diagnosed HIV positive continue to have unprotected sex.
• They say the majority of gays are extremely promiscuous and self-indulgent. They must continuously up the ante to achieve arousal. This begins with alcohol and drugs and includes such “forbidden” aspects of sex as wallowing in filth (fetishism and coprophilia) and sadomasochism, which involves violence.
• They say many gays indulge in sex in public bathrooms and think it is antigay harassment when it is stopped. Many think they have a right to importune straight males, including children...
• The authors say gays tend to deny reality in various ways: wishful thinking, paranoia, illogic, emotionalism and embracing crackpot ideas."
Every read the book Brave New World? Aldous Huxley published the book in the early '30s and foresaw all this and the type of society we are evolving into. In fact, read the intro to the second edition, published about 1946 -- among other things, he commented that as political and economic freedoms decline, sexual freedom tends to compensatingly increase.
Sorry Joe Sixpack and Mrs. Sixpack will continue to live their lives in ignorant bliss, enraptured by reality TV and 24 hour sports channels. I live in fairly modrate/conservative neigborhood surrounded by well to do, well educated, mostly Republican neighbors, but I can guarantee that most of them, in the name of diversity and not being judgemental of course, will not whisper a peep of concern about this.
The Romans figured this out centuries ago. Keep the populace fat, happy, distracted and in the dark, and the empire can do anything it wants. Of course eventually you become soft and so decadent that you collapse from within or are destroyed from without by a enemy with a stronger moral character. The Romans had their Visigoth, we will see who we have.
Well of course they want to lower the age of consent. Their "partners" look more like girls when they're younger.

In the book Power Grab, we find that the National Education Association (NEA) has sued teachers for revealing its political activities to their colleagues. Teachers who are reluctant to participate in strikes sometimes face violence. One found her cats and dog dead near her home. Strikebreaking substitute teachers have been pelted with eggs, spat upon, and had their vehicles damaged. While on the way to class, a 12-year-old Los Angeles girl was struck by a rock meant for a ‘scab’s’ car.
