Watched the Camel Races while I was stationed in the Gulf. They make a saddle of loop velcro and a suit for their sons from hook velcro. Slap the little rag rats on the velcro saddle , then jump on a bus and a offical "starter" with an AK-47 burst starts the race as proud fathers lean out of the windows of the bus as all race for the finish line. It was a hoot to watch ! And then they have sand drags in Silver Shadows, Mercedes , and such . Really funny to watch these idiots trash a 300K ride in the sand dunes. They were very impressed with our humvves and FAST vehicles. Tried to buy my Humvee from me. Wish I'd have sold it as I think Uncle Sugar "gave" it to em after we flew back home........
