Then the powerful prayers here will protect them all even further ;)
Thanks.
Thankfully, Texans are also not known as wimps.
Nor idiots, either. At least a good portion of them are likely to be very alert!
And, with plenty of guns running around very loose and handy . . . bring it on, Jihadi's . . . the desert needs more fertilizer.
Of course the Convention should be well watched and prayer is our best insurance against anything bad.
We shall see what prayers achieve and God allows.
But we as individuals also need to be prayed up daily AND VERY SENSITIVE to Holy Spirit's direction. Several times I've felt I avoided a serious accident because Holy Spirit directed a different than usual route to work. I suspect in the future, we will have to be sensitive about what food in a public (or private!) place to eat and which to leave alone regardless of appearances. And, when to stay seated at a banguet/speech and when to leave . . . when to arrive early and when to arrive late--remember--several people lived through 9/11 because of "small" things.
Anyway--Be at peace. TRUST AND OBEY . . . FOR THERE'S NO OTHER WAY . . . TO BE HAPPY IN JESUS. . . goes the song.
To live is Christ, to die is gain as Paul said. I personally had just as soon have my ticket out cashed in/applied. But I know my task here is not finished yet and would rather PLEASE THE ONE WHO DIED FOR ME.
I don't think the loved ones will have any problems at the conference/convention.
Amen to that.
