In a related vein, haven't some insurance companies already included terrorist attacks in their coverage exclusion clauses, right there next to acts of God?

(No offense) That might be because you didn't make that statement. I made that statement at the end of my post at #2,512. And I wasn't very clear with that statement it seems, and I'd like to clear the air about it. What I meant is that the meteors thing is getting really wild, with debunkers debunking each other and the truth is hard to find regarding the meteors.
I feel that meteors or any threat can be discussed here on TM. This thread is great.

Oh, I am one of the "us" that's here. :) I should have made myself plainer. Sorry.
The meaning I intended to convey was everybody in the world is giving us warnings, statements, etc. It's very alarming. That's why we are all here. My comment was meant to say I'm noticing more warnings and preparations out there.
I hope that makes sense.
One thing I've noticed is that emergency broadcast channel thing goes off frequently now. Used to, we wouldn't here it but once a week, if that.
