Anyone else here think that the "Snowball" intercept has to do with WOT v. Meteor/Asteroid, etc?

Haven't followed it that closely, except to catch the "T minus X" countdown aspect.

Remember the AQ warning from a while back, saying something like "the LED wire in the fire is lit, and nothing but the Grace of God can stop it". (Paraphrasing).

Putting 2 and 2 together..could the "T minus X" countdown on the Snowball intercept refer to the number of days the US has been given to meet the set of demands outlined in that one letter from "the Black Death Battalion" (or whatever they called themselves at the time in the infamous "Cave of Darkness" dribble)?

My paranoid mind is thinking..countdown until the pre-positioned nukes go kablooey and wipe out some # of US cities..anyone else?

As far as bin Laden is concerned, the Iraqi constitition and everyone involved in writing it is dead meat. If Islam can not totally dominate Iraq, then the jihad continues until that aim is accomplished. Anyone and anything that impedes the Islamic hegemony will be killed or destroyed.

Iraq is just the current front of the battle. When that has been conquered, the Islamic madmen will pick a new country to conquer.

As far as I know that's the last anyone's heard from OBL. That assumes that OBL is the one who made the tape. I do know that the CIA says it is him. It's just that the last two messages are not Bin Ladenesque - hard to explain - the language is different, the context is different.

Please understand that it is not the fact that you are keeping an eye on the meteors that I was talking about, I agree that this group is set up with the intent to study all
things that may deal with our safety. Including meteors.

I wasn't quite clear in my statement that "all this meteor/impact stuff is beginning to get out of hand".

I have watched the fear of earthquake, meteors, and Yellowstone Park will explode and consider from what I see and hear on the radio, that it is pushed with an agenda.

Some of the reports come from sites that have a definite anti - U.S. agenda, ahhh in my opinion.........

I think that it is done deliberately.

My Navy husband introduced me to brainwashing in the 1950's, with the actual papers that it was his job to see imparted to the other Navy men, that was part of his job.

He wanted me to know what brainwashing was and how it was done.

I am still very aware of brainwashing.

I have watched Noory and the Coast to Coast program perform acts of brainwashing, worthy of the Navy department.

Noory put Yellowstone on the fear map, he pushed it to the hilt, for weeks.......then it was out in the public and it was the talk of the websites.

Then all of a sudden, he finds guests who say it is 100's or thousands of years away, not gonna happen.

Of course it will happen, when God wants it to do so, or if a terrorist wants it to happen sooner and attempts it.

Noory also is the father of the meteor scare, sure they are out there, they have always been out there, and will always be out there. Some will hit the earth, and if you are in the right spot at the wrong time, it is the end of the world, at least for you.

Next, watch, Noory will go back to the earthquake scare.

Some of the meteor scare mongers, have been proven to be frauds.

I have heard Noory say, on the program, that he has his own agenda...........what is it? That is the big question.

It is my opinion that the majority of his guests are working on the communist manifesto, pushing it to the hilt.

Listen to them, they don't deal in facts, they deal in fear and hate.

I refused to listen to Art Bell last night, but caught a few minutes every time I wanted the news, heard his guest explain to a caller that Churches are not needed, as we all have God in us - we are God, so get rid of the Churches.

Yes, by all means get rid of the churches, the manifesto says we must.

The people of this earth have always put the happenings of the sky into the stories they tell, believe and even worship, that is not a new thought to me, nor does it scare me.

If the people are being scared with the space or Yellowstone info, then they are not keeping up on what is really going on.

Did anyone spend as much time on reading and knowing that the ACLU filed a lawsuit, that forced Los Angeles County to remove the cross from the logo that they have used for many years?

The cross was not even to represent the religion, but rather the history of California and the Missions, that brought change to the area.

This is only a simple " Its has already happened", it was all at Free Republic, the lawsuit and the agreement.

What else is happening that we don't know about and are doing nothing about?

What can any of us do about an incoming meteor?

I do think that someone wants us to be thinking of any thing we can be conned into thinking and not about what is happening.

Yes, even the terrorists benefit from the meteor or any other distraction.

No, I don't think that hunting for terrorist websites is the only goal of life.

It is not your opinion that I ruled out, but it was my intent to suggest that there was a great effort to keep the thought alive and distract us from other things that are happening. (again pure communist manifesto 1963).

As I recall we have several hundred years more, before all the meteors arrive that we know about and are predicted.

I do think that there are survival things of far more importance, does anyone know about solar cooking? that it is being tested in many countries and can be done in a tinfoil lined box?

There is much to learn and not one of us can learn it all.

It is not death that I worry about, but the pain and suffering that may come, to me or to any that I love or care about.

If God is willing, I will die in my bed, and not in a hundred pieces with some terrorist doing a victory dance in my body parts.

But die we will, some sooner and some later, and all of us not one day, before it is time to do so.

In the past, paper money was worthless, coins if silver had some value and the real thing was gold.

A NEW antibiotic-resistant superbug has emerged in Australia causing the death of one man and the infection of 50 others.

The deadly new disease has alarmed infectious diseases experts because it is acquired in the community rather than in hospital.

The man was admitted suffering from septicemia but failed to respond to flucloxicillin, a penicillin-type antibiotic.

These community-acquired resistant strains are big-time scary. I don't think it is hyperbole to say so.

Officials seek participation in emergency drill

June 4, 2004

Residents and businesses on Long Island are being asked to turn off their lights - or at least their air conditioners - from noon to 3 p.m. next Thursday as part of a regionwide drill to test public response to another blackout or terrorist attack.

"If we do have an incident where we're denied power ... then we want people to be comfortable knowing that they have the ability to shed load and reduce their demand and turn off their air conditioners and allow Long Island to come back as quickly as possible," Gov. George Pataki said yesterday.

He addressed about 300 emergency response personnel and others from New York City and Long Island as part of a two-day conference at the Hilton Long Island in Melville.

Led by the Long Island Power Authority and the state Emergency Management Office, the drill comes at the start of the hurricane season.

Avoiding doing laundry, turning off the air conditioner, shutting off unused computers and dimming desk lamps are all ways to save energy, said LIPA chairman Richard Kessel, who suggested he would be happy if Long Islanders can collectively reduce energy consumption by about 100 megawatts though the effort.

One megawatt satisfies the average electrical demands of 1,000 homes.

"Basically, we're asking everyone on Long Island to voluntarily participate to the greatest extent that you can to try to help us out," Kessel said. "Because one day, we're going to have to do that for real."
