"I will never cower before any master nor bend to any threat"
KHOBAR, Saudi Arabia - Tens of American, European and other hostages were released Sunday and a gunman believed to be the lead Islamic militant holding them was arrested, a Saudi security official said, adding that two other gunmen were "in the process of being arrested."
We are the "Stotters" who make ourselves aware of the enemy who wishes to do us harm
Isn't broken arrow a term used to refer to a nuclear missile mistakenly launched, or something similar to that?
Broken Arrow = lost nuclear weapon
re "expect the unexpected"
That reminded me of something else they stated repeatedly. Remember when they said that we would not be able to determine the source of whatever the attack was (I assumed bio)- without their help?
Remember they keep repeating that they like to use our own things against us.
I am wondering- what are some very positive things that we would never suspect could be harmful to us, or could be altered to harm us? (Beyond the obvious food, water supplies, and medicine.)
I don't know. The prevailing winds tend to be from West to East, but other than that, I don't have a clue. (And with our recent weather patterns, it would seem a complicated thing to predict)

Hmmm. So others saw the cooler being removed by the Fire Department. Why wasn't this on the news?
Yes. I read that the employee was trying to determine when his supervisor showed up, so he placed the sensor on the tracks.
Philadelphia
Philadelphia, also known as Alasehir, was a Lydian city founded between 159-138 B.C. by Attalus II Philadelphus of Pergamum. In commemoration of the king's love and loyalty for his brother Eumenes II, the city was called Philadelphia, which in Greek meant "city of brotherly love".
The ancient city is perhaps most famous as the location of one of The Seven Churches Of Revelation. The city is located in Asia Minor, today southwestern Turkey. Built on an elevated terrace, the city overlooked the nearby Hermus Valley, in which ran a Persian Royal Road.
The area is very susceptible to earthquakes (see Earthquake!), and in 17 A.D. the city was completely devastated. Apparently right above the fault line, the city continued to be severely shaken by periodic aftershocks for another 20 years after the great quake
. And just what did Jesus Christ (Revelation 1:1) prophesy (see Bible Prophecy) about the ancient city through The Apostle John while he was on Patmos?
"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write:" "These are the words of Him Who is holy and true, Who holds the key of David. What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open. I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept My Word and have not denied My Name. I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars - I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. Since you have kept My command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth."
"I am coming soon [see The Return Of Jesus Christ]. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of My God. Never again will he leave it. I will write on him The Name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from My God; and I will also write on him My new Name. He who has an ear, let him hear what The Spirit says to the churches."
Bump!

"cooler being moved"...picnic? LOL
Oh Dear. That opens a whole new line of thought. :)
that almost sounds like that poem SP posted
Does anyone still have the link to those photos of towers in the various cities? I do believe Liberty (in Philly) was included on the list.
Hmmmm. Who "lost" nuclear missiles. Wasn't it the Ukraine?
Have fun and report in, if you can. If not, we expect to hear from you upon your return. :)
Welcome and please jump in anytime. No news item is too big or too small to be discussed here. :) Anything weird from the ME is appreciated. :)
Thanks! :)
IIRC, the USA has lost a few, but not sure exactly how many. I know we lost a couple of subs w/ nuclear ammo, but I think they're too deep for even the US to recover.
If anyone has any exact data feel free to jump in...
