How many rape vics do you know?
Not to anybody who follows this case, and knows what Pamela Mackey asserted in her pre-trial questioning.
But, this is a bombshell in terms of confirmation of Mackey's accusations.
It literally sinks the case.
"This case is over."
Any bets on how soon the Kobe divorce case begins?
For anyone making a false accusation of rape, there will be hell to pay. Anyone who wants to rape her in future will have little fear of conviction.
Kobe doesn't have to prove he didn't rape her; she has to prove he did. She has lied big time; her credibility is at stake!
Is it your contention that women who are raped to the point of vaginal bruising and bleeding make it a practice to engage in sexual intercourse within hours of the rape?
If Hulbert knew who those two samples belonged to, he was required by law to tell the defense. He hasn't.
And it matters because a policeman got on the stand and swore under oath that she hadn't been with anybody except Kobe.
I tell you this: so far, Pam Mackey has been "more right" than that prosecutor.
I'd still like to know about what Bryant discussed in the cab on the way to the hospital, and what Bryant's goon squad knew and did.
If Mark Hulbert has *anything at all* this would be a good time to get it out.
What difference would that make?
What kind of woman has vaginally-bruising-bleeding non-consensual sex with one man (as the accuser has alleged), then trots out and has another man's sperm deposited in her a short time later?
Judges don't like this kind of surprise. They don't want to supervise a circus, which is what this trial is about to become.
Most I know think she will take off after this and is there now so he doesn't look more guilty.
Hardly. MSNBC's Dan Abrams is staking his reputation on this "exclusive," and he's hardly been a Kobe fan throughout this episode.
Yeah, the Bell Hop may have had sex as well like the rest of Colorado with her.
So far she stands to be up on charges of lying under oath and filing a false report.
The Bell Boy star witness could also be seeing jail depending on results.
Oh, gosh......what a sad thought.
I think the bellboy and her, are in this up to their eyeballs. Her story was bogus, right from the start, when she went to Koby's room, the back way.(she was supposed to be taking care of an after hrs. room service order, why the stealth?)
With who? His own friends?
It should not be dropped at all. If the charges prove false she then she should be arrested and tried.
Why would she leave now?
