Crime laboratory evidence shows the 19-year-old woman who has accused Kobe Bryant (news) of rape had consensual sex with another man hours after she said the basketball star raped her, MSNBC reported on Wednesday.

She's a liar by what she said in the police report, the DNA also kind of suggests she is a major skank, between the test and getting busy at a bar after a supposed rape doesn't look good.
I read that, too. Only one problem: The article never states she's denied having sex with anyone else. Has she denied that to the cops?
It's called "motile sperm." Sperm stays alive only a certain number of hours.
There was none of KB's sperm in the accused, as the accused herself admits.
And, since her pre-Kobe sex would not have yielded motile sperm, one is forced to conclude that she had sex after her encounter with Bryant.
I read on the Court TV website that Mackey has asked for DNA samples from two men: Brian Pietrack, the star witness, and a guy named Herr.
She knows that one of these will be a match to the motile sperm.
So she did deny that to the cops? If so, well then she lied to the cops. Bryant lied to the cops. That's why there are trials and juries. They can sort it out.
So does attempting suicide twice and trying to keep it out of a trial as it realates to recent mental problems.
Her "injuries" not being much to speak of anyway.
Oh, and the Court TV website also says that she had email communications with this Herr (her boyfriend) in the hours after her encounter with Bryant.
Bryant has since admitted that he lied to the cops.
The accuser has not.

BTW, how do we know she hasn't come clean with the cops?
She can be going to jail for filing a false report and making charges.
Also if th Bell Boy has his DNA show up in testing, the Prosecutor's prime witness can also be looking at jail time.
Because Mark Hulbert hasn't had the samples tested; guess he was afraid to find out just how many guys she's been with.
And Ms. Mackey plans to ask the judge in the morning to compel Mr. BellHop to do just that.
Your question contains some unfortunate phrasing.
If she had, it's likely the DA would have realized that he has no case, since there is now more than just reasonable doubt introduced into the case.
Rape victims do not typically have sex within hours after their rape.
Maybe he didn't have the samples tested because she told Hulbert what he'd find. In any case, what does the number matter? A hooker can still be raped. The alleged victim and the alleged perp both have credibility problems. I'd still send it to a jury.
