SUGAR LAND -- Fort Bend County authorities are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred here early this afternoon at a home listed as being owned by Los Angeles Lakers star Shaquille O'Neal.
Authorities identified the woman as Alice Williams, 37, who they said worked as a housekeeper at the home.
More details to come.
Bad news follows the lakers, doesn't it?
Bad people do bad things, then bad news follows.
He's a Muslim, guess she bought some pork chops.
Will the mainsteam media cut away from the Iraqi prisoner abuse story to cover this?
He's in LA right now and it's possible someone tried to break into the house and killed this poor woman.
He doesn't live in Houston. He lives in LA.
Probably an investment or house of a family member.

For all his bad press, Shaq's a pretty decent guy. He's fairly outspoken about his desire to be a sheriff once he retires.
A pretty decent guy? Compared to who?
Celeb bump
Kobe..
This has nothing to do with the professional game, and probably nothing to do with O'Neil. She might have been an employee of his, but he probably employs a lot of people. Phil should lay off of this one.
Kid must of had some issues to be able to stab his mother "several times".
Bad year for BBall.
You've got that right....
Ex-Bulldog arrested in slaying
Terry Pettis turns himself in after police in Fresno issue warrant in April killing.
Former Fresno State basketball player Terry Pettis was arrested Tuesday night in connection with last month's shooting death of a young woman.
Pettis, 19, turned himself in to Minneapolis police a few hours after Fresno police Chief Jerry Dyer said detectives had a warrant for Pettis' arrest on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and robbery.
Fresno City College student and golfer Rene Shannon Abbott, 18, was shot and killed about 7:30 p.m. April 27 while sitting in the driver's seat of her car in a lot at the rear of an office complex on Ninth Street, west of California State University, Fresno.
Her boyfriend, Kent Wolf, 21, a passenger in the car, was shot in the leg; another passenger, Mich-ael Tunnell, also 21, was not injured.
Abbott later died at University Medical Center.
Pettis turned himself in at a Minneapolis attorney's office Tuesday evening. Police said they expect to extradite Pettis in about a week.
Detectives also said they want to interview current and former members of the Fresno State basketball team who were at that parking lot before the shooting or a short time afterward, Dyer said.
So far, only coach Ray Lopes and one basketball player, whom Dyer did not identify, have cooperated with police.
They might show the prisoner pics while they discuss this story. I've seen them do that. Really.
