CNN's Jack Cafferty is out of control
CNN ^ | May 20, 2004 | self

Anyone just catch Jack Cafferty on CNN's American Morning? (I'm watching it live in Japan, where it's 8:30 PM). Cafferty really lost it asking why anyone would vote for Nader when only Kerry has a chance to beat Bush. Bill Hemmer and Soledad O'Brien were trying diplomatically to silence Cafferty, kinda the way you would try to extricate yourself from the attention of a raving drunk loonie. Cafferty seems to be on drugs or something. Whatever the cause, it's clear he hates Bush.

Everyone on CNN is out of control. It's not like they are "on drugs" ~ rather, it's like they "forgot their meds".

How can anybody stay in business and spew hate like that?

don't know if it's still the case, but while he was co-anchor of wnbc newscasts in new york a couple decades ago he was also part-owner of a weekly newspaper in missouri called -- i'm not making this up -- "the unterrified democrat."

As much as I personally dislike Kerry, I still consider that to be a fair question.

Nader has the potential to control this election. If one is opposed to Bush, then why vote for Nader?

I hope people do, but there is no logic there. None that I can see.

Kerry doesn't believe in third parties even though they've played important roles throughout American history. Demoncrats want there to me only one choice, theirs.

Rejoice and be exceedingly glad; this sort of thing is good for our team.

Why vote for Nader? Good question. It's the same logic as when FR people, knowing that Bush will need every vote, say they're going to stay home on election day for some reason or another. "That'll show 'em" is the attitude. I just can't understand that way of thinking from a conservative side - it must be much more frustrating for a Dem who's used to people voting in liberal lockstep.

Yup. We saw the same "objective" behavior during the Florida recount.

Nothing is forever. A presidential term is four years. If you don't bitchslap the Republicans every now and then, you get go-along-to-get-along drones like Hastert and Dole. A stronger CP and LP would mean a stronger GOP.

I think you're missing the point. It is extremely presumptous for a media figure to attempt to say who a person should vote for.

Cafferty also slipped up and fails to hide his end game...getting Kerry elected.

He is now attempting to rationalize his stupd Freudian slip.

This is the guy who ran over some bicyclist in NYC, dragged him for a couple of hundred feet and then went home. Standing before the Judge he said he had no idea he had hit anything. Didn't feel a thing.

It's not just Cafferty, it's the whole Clinton News Network. They're shot through with democratic surrogates. They can't see beyond the nose on their face. They're just like John Kerry. Kerry doesn't know that Al Queada hit the pentagon, neither does CNN. Otherwise they would know our MILITARY was attacked on 9/11.

They are ignoring that attacks against us are being foiled by our agencies, but they attack the very agencies that are protecting us. Why? Because they want back in power desperately.

After losing the House, the Senate, the Presidency and then the whole ball of wax, you think they would have learned. We are tired of anti-americanism and raw power grabs. We are fed up with activist judges and poll driven politicians like Kerry (who changes his tune almost daily). You either help our nation or are hurting it. And so far my tally is that the democrats have been hurting our nation.

Turn off TV News and stick to the Internet. Tell CNN you changed the 'favorites' on your remote.

VOTE the Rascals out!
