Keep your eyes on Atlanta folks as it's shaping up to be a *really* quick night for the Diamondbacks... Johnson did it once in 1990 but he's never done it like this.

ESPNEWS says it was Cy Young in 1904. Did you watch that on the Dumont network?

How many baseball games ever played? It's been done only 16 times!
Think about it: 117 pitches, no mistakes; 117 pitches, batters fooled every time; 117 pitches, he gave nothing; 87 were strikes -- the other 30 were perfect, too.
AWESOME!

Out of curiousity hole_n_one, how do you capture your video and get it hosted so fast? I have the capability to do what you do, but couldn't imagine doing it so fast.
I would have to capture it, save it, ftp it, come up with a web address for it, etc.
How the heck do you do it!? Is there some great software I'm missing out on?

We'd have won the series in 2001 if they hadn't traded him away -- he's worth a helluva lot more than Garcia, Halama and Guillen.

Have the screencapture program and the ftp program and the posting window open all at once.
Capture pic and save to desktop.
Drag pic from desktop to ftp destination.
Type HTML into posting window specifying same address.
The pros (like hole_n_one) can do all that in seconds.

I remember. Randy WANTED to stay, we kept Jr and Arod instead.

Couldn't happen against a "better" team. Way to go Unit.

Clemens couldn't even get the WIN the other night...with Mikey in the game...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I hope the big pant load never records another win (and may a line drive bounce off his frontal bone).
Sorry--we Mets fans are vindictive. (And yeah...I know...he's one of the greatest pitchers ever)

Randy Johnson is a HUGE Rush fan and took the stage on their last tour in Philidelphia...he pitched a no hitter before....his response was "I kept Rush songs in my head all night....the songs I had in my head were The Spirit of Radio, Limelight, and The Pass"

He'd have been awesome at Safeco...this might not have been his first perfecto if he'd pitched there over these years.
Randy is like a Koufax...he has the ability to completely take over a game and simply put the other team out of it. Neither ARod nor Griffey could ever do that. Randy was unbelievable in the Series a few years ago -- only pitcher to ever win both the 6th and 7th games of the World Series.
