The funny thing is that most Homeschoolers take the option to send the kids to Community College for the last years of high school. The kids can get into most colleges on their Associate's Degree.
Michigan is planning to pay for this!!

Quota for blacks = 12-13% = good.

Here is a thought:
Let free enterprise take care of the situation. Someone build a university that only allows homeschooled children to attend. I bet it would have some of the highest rated students in the whole USA.
