Blowing up a 40,000 gallon gasoline storage tank will make a pretty spectacular mess. Doing that in hundreds of cities at the same time will be damn hard to manage. Have a bicycle available for noncritical errands. Save your gas for a big grocery run...if there is anything on the shelves to purchase.

The kind of info distributed by these individuals includes terrorist training manuals and recipes for making improvised explosive devices.

Gas Stations are a problem. Most are owned by Hindus and Sikhs, most of whom are not great practitioners of PC. They carry native land hatreds. It would have some great psychological effect though, simply basing it on the washington dc sniper.

PLEASANTVILLE, N.J. -- Law enforcement officers reportedly found live grenades, canisters filled with gasoline and other items in the trunk of a car driven by a man wanted in a fraud investigation.
Pleasantville police confirmed that the man, whose name was not disclosed, was being questioned Tuesday night, but would not provide further details.
Details about the fraud investigation also were not available.
WCAU-TV in Philadelphia reported the man had several forms of identification with different names and that FBI agents were also questioning him.
