Gas Stations are a problem. Most are owned by Hindus and Sikhs, most of whom are not great practitioners of PC. They carry native land hatreds. It would have some great psychological effect though, simply basing it on the washington dc sniper.
If only 1 of our CA FR votes made up for 1000 of the idiotic ones, hmm? ;o)
'Night all.
via 'train' from 'Chicago' and Quayle said 3 nukes have been intercepted here
Does anyone have an idea of how many towns in the Uniteds States are named "Jerusalem" ????
I must be too tired to find the answer through google.
Are there other details from Quayle?
No, but I know that the city that is live in (Salem, Oregon) is short for Jerusalem. Thanks for the scare. LOL!
Had not heard this, any update, cause?
Meet Jeffrey Battle Muslim, activist, terrorist, and now convicted felon, seen here in a mug shot taken after his arrest on terrorist charges by the FBI. Battle was part of a Portland, Oregon terrorist cell, and plotted to join the Taliban in the fall of 2001 to fight against U.S. armed forces then fighting in Afghanistan. Battle pled guilty in Federal court October 16, 2003, and will serve 18 years in federal prison. Hes probably safer there than out on the streets.
Well, after the Israeli's were detained, we don't know where any enemy is coming from
I didn't mean to scare. I happened across one city named Jerusalem while searching for something completely different.
I found it curious and wonder now if it's a common city name around the U.S.
If it's not common, then there could be something significant to this city....
Don't mean to sound cryptic, I'm just sleepy.
Actually, going to head to sleep.
Good night to ALL!
And what was that date on Venus?
G-8 has been bugging me... I think Iran said they won't attend, because of "Iraq".
Here's what I found for that time period:
June 8, 570 A.D. - Religion of Islam founded in Mecca.
June 8, 632 A.D. - Mohammed, prophet of Islam (Koran) dies, according to tradition.
June 9 - Holiday Moslem : Ashura (Muharram 10, 1416 AH)
June 10 - Holiday Islam : New Year's Day (Muharram 1, 1415 AH)
I hate it when important events and Muslim holidays overlap.
June 8th is also the Transit of Venus.
True.
I tested it in Excel:
9/11/01 9:00 AM minus 6/8/04 12:00 AM equals 1000.63
8th is also a Tuesday, same as 9/11
An evening with Venus
A lifetime with Mercury
Would you happen to knwo the name of the park Karl?

Bridgeton, MO (KMOV) Four workers have been injured by an explosion that occurred at the Lambert expansion work site near the intersection of Lindbergh and Natural Bridge at the west end of the airport complex.
Word from the scene is that the blast happened around 11:30 a.m. News 4's Ray Preston reports that an officer on the scene says the crew was doing some sort of demolition work at the time of the blast.
Investigators are trying to determine exactly what caused the explosion. The crew was apparently using explosives to clear out soil and rock from an area. After a controlled blast the crew went in to drill holes for more explosives. There is speculation that while they were drilling they might have hit an unexploded charge left over from the previous detonation.
There is no word on the extent of their injuries.
