[history]
May 14, 2004 -- Iraq's feared Abu Ghraib jail was one big sex romp - sometimes by candlelight with an audience watching, U.S. troops said yesterday. Sex and alcohol were commonplace, and soldiers frequently set up candlelit rooms for voyeuristic sex shows, said a soldier who served at the notorious prison.

The pictures are showing the breakdown of morals in America... They're only doing what has been taught in America's finest public schools. Oral sex, anal sex, group sex, you name it and our kids learned about it in the NEA's programs of what is acceptable and politically correct in AmericaMaybe it is time to try God's way?

"One of the female soldiers supposedly had sex in a gang bang," said Terry Stowe, an MP from California. This practice is now known as "pulling a Lynndie."

This article makes it sound like there were no orders from on high.....the evidence of sex romps by our own soldiers and the voyeuristic sex shots of themselves indicates that did have personal, bizarre sexual fetishes.
That seems to me to be pretty strong circumstantial evidence that this small clique of soldiers could be where the prisoner abuse trail begins and ends.
However, for this to go on at this level with this many prisoners over this period of time indicates some grossly negligent oversight by the leaders of this unit. I also find it hard to believe that if the interrogators were speaking with these prisoners that the prisoners didn't mention/indicate in some way what was going on. Perhaps they were afraid to.
Still, I wonder what in the world that leadership was up to that they couldn't sniff this out.
I wonder if this prison unit had a chaplain? If so, he was blind as a cave creature.

Oral sex, anal sex, group sex, you name it and our kids learned about it in the NEA's programs of what is acceptable and politically correct in America. Congress, the Senate and the President approved the NEA's policies and paid the bills, and now someone is complaining?
Excellent point.

This is a witch hunt by a sex-obsessed prosecutor. Let's move on and let these soldiers get back to the job of serving the American people.

I'm not to sure about that on two counts; 1) that the general is a "woman," and 2) she was actually running the place (incompetent)

Do us a favor. Let this die. The media wants our attention on trivial crap that really doesn't matter.

I've seen the original pictures. There is a second woman in one of them, not the Lyndie chick -- yet there is nothing said about her. Who is she and what was her role? Why has she not received the same attention? No big deal in the grand scheme of things, just a curiosity.

The pregnant England, who is now stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C., met Graner, 35, a divorced father of two, shortly before the pair's Maryland-based unit was posted to Iraq. I feel sorry for Graner's ex-wife and children and can't even begin to fathom their feelings from this publicity.

That wasn't why I mentioned the chaplain. I'm a retired chaplain.
A chaplain is supposed to walk around and be the eyes and ears of the commander about these kinds of things. My point is that their chaplain failed....if they have one.
If they don't, then they'd better get a chaplain in these jails immediately. They might not be able to do much for the Islamics, but they can keep an eye out for our own troops.

I think everyone needs to stop and remember what we were told in the 1990's!
This is sex and everyone lies about sex.
It is OK. It was only between them!
It is none of our business!
Just ask Bill Clinton!
