That's what I thought as well! That would be five in a row! If we had a better defense in Bob Stoops first year, we would have won then too. Mack Brown coaches scared it looks like to me and makes some really dumb mistakes. By the 4th Quarter the players seem tired too!

You all deserve better then Mack but only on the other ten games -- for the 11th Mack Brown is a great coach for OK and would hate to see him leave! :)

The beaten down Longhorn side of me knows exactly what will happen. Mack will lose an early game he shouldn't lose, the fire Mack chorus will howl, then somehow he'll find a way to beat OU and save his job, then get upset in the Big 12 champ game, squeak into the BCS (irony of ironies due to the screwed up NY Times poll having them ranked #2 when every else has them around 10th), where they'll show up unprepared on New Years and get spanked. But it'll be just enough that Mack and all the writers will argue about how unfair it would be to fire him after finally getting UT into the BCS and beating OU, the two big goals, completely ignoring the underachieving and bonehead coaching gaffs. So we'll muddle on for more seasons with Mack, squandering talent and opportunities with overhyped players as too much of the real stars gets lured out of state.

The Al Gore of coaches.
