Why do I think the term "tornado chaser" is not what we perceive but a term this dyke uses to describe something sexual. The possibility just dawned on me after no one elaborated on her tornado chasing experiences.

Under this 1994 High School yearbook photo it states: Sgt. Javal S. Davis,26, is charged with dereliction of duty and failing to protect detainees.

The real charges, buried in the article, accuse Frederick of watching inmates forced to simulate oral sex, forcing inmates to fight,jumping atop a pyramid of naked inmates and useing a closed fist to strike a prisoner in the chest"with a means of force likely to produce death or grievous bodily harm".
