What might have been a picture of America's sweetheart has become instead a portrait of America's sadist.

The world knows Lynndie England, the dark-haired Army private who appears in pictures of sexual humiliation at the Abu Ghraib prison, because she has become the scandal's featured model. The Iraqi prisoner abuse that has shocked the national conscience delivers an unfamiliar jolt: The face of this scandal is female.

Three of the seven members of a military police unit who've been charged in the abuse investigation are women. The brigadier general who was in charge of the jail, Janis Karpinski, is now a familiar face, defending herself for failing to stop the indefensible. The head of intelligence for the U.S. command in Baghdad is a woman whose name has not, thus far, become a household word - Maj. Gen. Barbara Fast.

The Boston Globe yesterday published porn pictures that they said were of US Soldiers abusing female Iraqi's. It has been know for over a week that these pictures were lifted off a porn site and not of any us soldier.

I think the Globe knew full well what they were doing. Better to get the pictures out on page 1 and then bury your correction.

Yep. Well, it was also revealed that there is footage of US soldiers having "intercourse" with some of the prisoners. I'm tellin' ya, that's ate up! Let's cheer our combat men to kill a few hundred thousand more radical Islamists and be glad that our leaders are throwing the trash out of our military in the meantime.

And BTW, watch for the closet homosexual activists to whine about this thread and the fact that our leaders are straight enough to clean up the internal business. As the left/liberals usually do, they'll start name calling, confusing issues, etc.
