Presumptive candidate, demo leaders, ACLU and peace movements were also silent about this atrocity.

I think Hezbollah has done plenty to help hurt the reputation of Muslims themselves.
I'm not surprised Arab press has whitewashed the incident.
I just hope the American press doesn't. Abu Grahib pictures have dominated airwaves. I wonder if Arab atrocities will or will the incident be downplayed?

Yeah... The rug pilots have got just *barely* enough brains to figure out that this doesn't make Allah look good (or them either...)

Oh please. I love the NY Post, but this article is just dumb. Hezbollah is only denouncing it because the "timing" is bad, and it's distracting from the focus on the prisoner abuse. Plus, we just slapped sanctions on Syria, so it may have been geared toward placating their hosts with a BS denunciation.

"The country that advocates human rights principles is now violating them and taking us back to the dark ages." They have to progress beyond the dark ages before they can be 'taken back' to them.

Hezbollah only condemned the beheading because it took attention away from the prison scandal.

But Arab governments, including those friendly to the United States, were mostly silent about the grisly execution - as were Arab newspapers that often speak for their government. Then they need to be put on "the list" immediately.
The government will have to deal with it eventually. They need to declare all out war with these fiends. Most Americans already have.

"Hezbollah condemns this horrible act that has done very great harm to Islam and Muslims by this group that claims affiliation to the religion of mercy, compassion and humane principles," the Shiite terrorist group said from Lebanon. They must have gotten the fax from CAIR.

Hezbollah condemns this horrible act Nothing more than strategic deceit.
As long as they're drawing breath, they / their words can not be trusted.

"Hezbollah condemns this horrible act that has done very great harm to Islam and Muslims by this group that claims affiliation to the religion of mercy, compassion and humane principles," the Shiite terrorist group said from Lebanon. This is gone beyond absurd.
A terrorist group is concerned "mercy, compassion and humane principles" are being undermined by another terrorist group.

Even the killers of Hezbollah were outraged by the beheading of Nicholas Berg. Was that before or after they were showing off the mutilated bodies of the IDF soldiers that they had butchered? Oh, silly me. I forgot they belong to the "religion of peace" I must be mistaken. < /sarcasm>

Hezbollah is outraged. Yeh, right! Hezbollah is outraged that it took 5 guys to murder Mr. Berg. How inefficient! Those 5 could have strapped on bomber-belts and been much more productive.

The only reason they are upset is because it knocked prisoner abuse off the front page. They shouldn't worry, their buddies the demonrats will come to the rescue and demand another hundred apologies from the administration.
