Fox News is crap now too, their coverage has been terrible, not much better then any of the rest.
Rush was very good today. Said this is a turning point, the media is behind the curve now still trying to focus the "outrage" on our military, Rumsfeld, and Bush.

I caught Fox & Friends early this a.m. and they were doing an excellent job. Brian had watched the Berg video and was angry. E.D. showed a bunch of Newspaper front pages, all with the Berg photo above the fold, and then showed the New York Times with no such photo - all three anchors then busted on the Times for the obvious intentional omission. Brian then said he was going to read some of the statements from Muslims condemning the Berg murder - then after shuffling through all his papers, announced that there weren't any such condemnations. All in all, the Fox & Friends crew was on this in a strong and powerful way.

I happened to have on FNC's Day Side with Linda Vestor and see was great. I don't really like that show but she had the audience clapping and hollering. She was livid that there was no outrage by any friend or foe. She went on to strongly point out that this is not a revenge for prison abuse. In fact David Lee Miller came on with a story about the history of terrorist acts and kept driving the point that no prison abuse story was around to blame for any of those atrocities.

Said this is a turning point, the media is behind the curve now still trying to focus the "outrage" on our military, Rumsfeld, and Bush. Dan Ratherbiased acknowledged that the Old Media is obsolete. He said that the network would not broadcast the video of Nick Berg being brutally murdered yet he told viewers that they could search the internet (new media) for the video (the day's news).
So long, I'm gone.

(NO BLOOD FOR RATINGS. CNN ignored torture & murder in Saddam's Iraq to keep their Baghdad Bureau.)

I was a big supporter of FOX but turn it off every time they start on the prisoner abuse story. Pretty soon, I won't even be turning it on at all.
