A few seconds after Nick Berg is pushed over and the knife put to his neck the clock skips from 2:44:12 to 2:45:47 during the throat cutting. 1:35 of clumsy hacking and screaming were edited out. Islam requires a sharp knife and quick kill but this was not.

The sound runs 5 to 7 seconds ahead of the video. That is why the yelling starts before anyone moves. The reader audibly clears his throat at 2:42:32 but covers his mouth at 2:42:38.

You need the higher quality 5.3MB original video to read the clock. The over-compressed 1.9MB version on many websites is illegible. It can be easily found and downloaded from the newsgroup alt.binaries.pictures.grotesque.

A link in a thread yesterday was from a tv station that had posted screencaps of the murder.

Someone else noticed that the screencap timestamps showed upwards of 11 hours difference.

I didn't go back to look at the pics to verify.

If true, the torture may have been even more horrible, if it took 11 hours and 'published video' was extensively edited.

I didn't look at the clock, but I do remember the unsynchronized sound and action. In fact, while watching, I thought it went rather too quickly given the knife being used and knowing how hard it is to cut through bone and tissue from dressing game. Also, the lack of visibly spurting blood, and the lack of blood dripping from the head suggests that they cut off the head, cleaned up a bit of the mess and then showed the subhuman holding up the head. Yech.

Since the Muslims feel this is a holy war, then perhaps we should invoke the same rules that God gave the Jews when they were fighting the arabs in the Old Testament. Kill everyone that pisseth against a wall. I believe that for every non-combatant American killed, we should summarily execute, in public, ten muslim men. When we run out of men, start on the male muslim teens, when they are gone, start on the male children. These animals will eventually get the message.

I just watched it again, good catch! Who knows what else they did during that missing time, for all I know stood around and did a c*rcle j*rk.

I showed this video to a person I know who was, by marriage, involved for many years in the Arab community. This person was of course appalled. This person had been telling me for years about the mentality of the people from that part of the world (this person lived there for a time). This persons final comment was "we need to kill these people, all of them..".

Note, I do not subscribe to this thinking, however, I AM for exterminating the 10% or so of them who are agree with these murderous perverted bastards.

OMG! I had no idea there was a delay. I thought the screaming was from the terrorists for further courage. I was sure Berg died very quickly, but I now know he did not.
