There are many that are human and don't adhere to the terrorist mentality.

Do they not adhere to the koran or are they just saying that they don't adhere to the koran? Since the moslem scriptures command them to lie you can't trust any of them. If they claim to be moslem then they must be killed in order to stamp out terrorism. It's sad and it will be a tragedy but it's them or us.

No! It might be a regional conflict some day between radical islam and the western culture and world, but there are plenty who are not so religious that way that just want to have life and want to see the death stop.

We are actually getting lots of Muslim groups denouncing the beheading, we are also getting news that these cities are distancing themselves from these people much more so now after they did that in the name of their moon god.

Yep!

Is it better we are fighting smaller battles now instead of being spread thinner everywhere else?
Yep!

There is no drastic moves except for a desperate need, unless that needs manifests itself, we will stick with the traditional steps in the right direction.
That is the rational approach to this right now IMO!
