Since there are not too many suitable targets left in Iraq, that could leave us with Syrian or Iranian military sites. Another option could be capturing Al-Sadr.

What you then say is you evaporated a fleeing group of known al Qaeda! Doesn't need to be true, we need the immediate impression to be made now though.

That ain't gonna happen. It's the same sentiment as attacking Saudi Arabia for the 9/11 atrocity or Pakistan for Daniel Pearl. The same as for all those who want MOABs dropped on Iraqi cities. It ain't gonna happen guys!
