Omar Ahmad

Co-founder of the Council on American-Islamic Relations President & CEO of Silicon Expert Technologies, he is a Palestinian who grew up in a refugee camp in Jordan.

"Muslim institutions, schools and economic power should be strengthened in America. Those who stay in America should be open to society without melting, keeping Mosques open so anyone can come and learn about Islam. If you choose to live here, you have a responsibility to deliver the message of Islam ...... Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth." -Omar Ahmad

This has been a religious war since the beginning. We just don't want to recognize it as such. God help us.

I'm updating the age-old quote:  there aren't 3 types of lies, there are 4 - Lies, Damned Lies, Statistics, and Muslim Press Releases.

Yeah, I'm sure they mean it.

CAIR has this statement running on a loop.

In September of 2001, just following the worst terrorist attack ever suffered in modern history, CAIR placed on its website, under a picture of the World Trade Center in flames, a plea for donations. It read, “Donate to the NY/DC Emergency Relief Fund.”

Yet, when people clicked on the link, it did not take them to any NY/DC Emergency Relief Fund. No, it took them straight to the website of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, an Islamic ‘charity’ that was soon to be shut down by the United States for “raising millions of dollars annually for HAMAS.”

They're becoming media savvy.

I think that must be it.

"Mr. Bassem Khafagi, CAIR’s director of community relations was arrested in January, 2003 and Mr. Siraj Wahhaj, CAIR Advisory Board member was named as “one of the unindicted persons who may be alleged as co-conspirator” in the plot to blow up monuments in New York City several years ago. In addition, Mr. Ishan Elashyi (aka “Elashi”) has been arrested for continuing illegal sales of computer equipment to Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan. He had previously been arrested for illegally shipping computer equipment to Libya and Syria, both well-known Islamist terror supporting nations. Why is Mr. Elashyi significant? His brother and fellow Infocom officer, Ghassan, is a principle founder of CAIR-Texas. In addition, brothers Bayan, Basman, and Hazim are also involved with Infocom- the web hosting company that is being investigated for hosting Islamist terrorism related web sites."

"Do they have a version of the Ten Commandments???"

No. Muhammad somehow managed to leave those out when he was plagiarizing the Torah and Bible.

Must have been an honest mistake.

“The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today condemned the mutilation of those killed in Iraq on Wednesday. Four American civilian contractors were ambushed in their SUV's, burned, mutilated, dragged through the streets and then hung from a bridge spanning the Euphrates River”

Their press release condemns the mutilation but not the murder.

It is curious. What are they hearing that would prompt this?

See post #21. I think it must be a response to Cavuto.

Damn straight they are getting nervous...afraid Americans will rise up and bulldoze down their Islamic training centers and kick their butts back to Saudi Arabia.....

They are waiting to see if the gloves come off...or if we "restrain" ourselves as we have made the Israelis restrain themselves...and to see if they can continue their 'covert' propaganda war and internal takeover of America & the west while their brothers wage their overt war...

They sure are a terrific team...the moderates and the hard core...if the left dont get you then the right one will...

Must be a misprint. They've never cared before.

They are worried about the backlash.

The Iraqi prisoners' mistreatment show ran out of gas today. Most Americans will have little sympathy for the Iraqi thugs once they watch the news tonight.

I still think that we should live by the Geneva convention and the basic rules of decency for our own benefit, not because I care one bit about these thugs being mistreated.

America is the City on top of the Hill, and Americans are better and more humane than the animals inhabiting that oversized litter box called the Middle East.
