Well said! I couldn't agree more! These animals only understand one thing - brute force!

No matter what our soldiers did in that prison, they NEVER did anything like this!
These idiot terrorists are just using the prison as an excuse. I pray for them all...........

"Suddenly putting these savages on leashes doesn't sound like a bad idea."
Accompanied by a hood and a trap door, perhaps?

Take the carcasses of dead jihadis and use a catapault or helicopters to rain them and their various parts down on their strongholds. "Make their hearts stampede". Terrorize the terrorist enemy until they have neither the will or means to carry on.

"For the mothers and wives of American soldiers, we tell you that we offered the U.S. administration to exchange this hostage with some of the detainees in Abu Ghraib and they refused," one of the men read from a statement.
"So we tell you that the dignity of the Muslim men and women in Abu Ghraib and others is not redeemed except by blood and souls. You will not receive anything from us but coffins after coffins ... slaughtered in this way." This is what we get when we say we are too civilized to humilate people and apologize for it --- it's an announcement that we are weenies and they can attack us without fear of retribution because "we are better than they are."
That's no way to win a war. This is not a Sunday School class - it is a WAR against people who HATE US and WANT US DEAD. We need to win it immediately and decisively. We can work on winning their hearts and minds after we have won everything else first.
This claim that they offered an exchange for their hostage is further proof that the prisoners in Abu Ghraib are their cohorts in murderous atrocities against Americans. Kill them.

Come to think of it the murder of Daniel Pearl happened long before the pictures of a fedayeen scumbag wearing panties on his head appeared. It sure did. But leftists (and perhaps a few nutcases here on FR) are going to try their darndest to connect this murder to the shenanigans that went on in Abu Ghraib, you can take it to the bank.

I just read that the video can befound on Muntada al-ansar islamist website.

Lets all remember when Ted Kennedy soon says we brought this on our selfs due to the prison abuse, that they threatened to do this prior to CBS airing the story.
Maybe Ted and Robert Byrd will have a Senate hearing to discuss forgiving these murderers, to compenpensate for a terrorist wearing underwear on his head.

Barney Frank and his lover were running a prostitution ring in Washington, and I am sure lots "fisting" and "golden showers" were taking place (no pictures were taken, perhaps). However these behaviors were the behaviors of our beloved homos! They have the right to experience the love and pleasures of FISTING!
On the other hand, our media is not in love with President Bush as they were with the liberal slick Willie! Hence, they will magnify Bushs mistakes, and cover up Clinton/Barney Frank atrocities.

Thanks for the flag elsewhere. I don't think we can assume (save for where more public statements by leadership have been made since Afghanistan) that MPs were given a bum steer on who is and is not entitled to Geneva-style protections. But, that said ...
Do you see where I have a problem with our touting over and over that the Letter of Geneva-style protocols (if not the underlying principles) DO NOT apply to other than uniformed combatants?
It's not just our military who may end up tortured or worse in the Wiggle Room we've cordoned off, those civilians an essential part of the "rebuilding" phase of the war effort also will be at risk.
I don't think we can expect terrorists to differentiate between uniformed combatants and and the "civilian contractors" they've been informed handle our intel and prison work.
And even if they did, it only means a green light to do as they wish to those who -- using our slate of Exemptions to the rules -- are not necessarily afforded Geneva protections.
I'm with you ... though the definitions may be out of date, surely the principles on which the protocols were founded still are true. And, bottom line, those boil down to "do unto other as you would have them do unto you."
Either we hold to the moral standard upon which we believe all just human relations (however horrific the circumstances) are to proceed or we sink to the level of precisely those who -- lacking any scruple or shred of truly Christian charity or respect for life -- will clean our clocks in the tit-for-tat.
(I was highly amused by the image of my swinging a broadsword off my, uh, high horse ... =)

Whipped?!! WHIPPED?!!!! I want to see them cut in half with a shotgun in front of their families.
I hereby issue a Fatwah calling for whatever good American has a chance to take their protest of the CBS collaborateurs to "the next level." Also to take the protest of Kerry and the traitors in the Senate to "the next level". If you don't know what I mean by "the next level", just think about it.

The partisan media has made a huge mis-judgement on this story. it isnt their first mis-judgement in this war, either. Its no misjudgment. The US media know exactly what they're doing.
They happily rendered meaningless(or tried to) the deaths of 58,000 US servicemen who made the ultimate sacrifice in SE Asia a quarter century ago, and that was just a warm up for what they have planned for the rest of us in the near future.

....the men were seen pulling the man to his side and putting a large knife to his neck. A scream sounded as the men cut his head off...I don't mean to make things worse but there is something about this statement that is absolutly sickening. To wit:
- "...the man to his side and putting a large knife to his neck..." Singular. A man. A knife.
- "A scream sounded..." Fact: A person beheaded does not scream. He doesn't have time. It's a downward swish of air and then ****CHOP****. The fact that he screamed meant that he was not beheaded. He was having his neck sawed off like a limb off a tree.
- "....as the men cut his head off." As the men -- more than one. "The MEN cut his head off." Again, the beheading of someone does not require a committee effort; however, sawing off someone's head does.
In short, I would bet a month's pay that this man was not beheaded -- his neck was hacked in two.
"..They stabbed it with their steely knives, but still can't kill the beast..."

The left already has a built in excuse in that they will claim they had already said the abuse was going to cause American deaths, regardless of the photos being published.
No matter what, this will be blamed, by the media, on our decision to go to war with Iraq, and it will not be the fault of the media. The media will claim they were only "reporting" and they will never admit their biased reports gave "aid and comfort to the enemy" which encouraged this type of outrage.
Yes, this war is much like Vietnam, not from a war perspective, but definitely from a reporting standpoint. The media will not be satisfied until American deaths reach a point that we withdraw and give up. The media is working hard to make this another Vietnam.
