What is the point of ANYONE reporting this? Is this kind of news really NEWS? Is reporting this necessary? Excluding the "forced masterbation", is sex between soldiers a criminal act? (I am really asking this question, as I don't know if military law addresses this.) It may be disgusting, but is it something we all need to know about or (worse) see???

military sex can be illegal in many ways. Adultery is illegal. Doing anybody in your chain of command is illegal. Sodomy is illegal. Military law is a different animal.

The point is very simple. The press wants to do anything it can to destroy Bush and Rummy. They do not care how many American military lives it costs.
The hatred of the media toward President Bush is incredibly deep and dangerous to this country.

THIS IS WHAT THE UCMJ (Unifrm Code of Military Justice) SAYS
920. ART. 120. RAPE AND CARNAL KNOWLEDGE
(a) Any person subject to this chapter who commits an act of sexual intercourse with a female not his wife, by force and without consent, is guilty of rape and shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
(b) Any person subject to this chapter who, under circumstances not amounting to rape, commits an act of sexual intercourse with a female not his wife who has not attained the age of sixteen years, is guilty of carnal knowledge and shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
(c) Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete either of these offenses.
