"Hate Crime" laws target only straight, white, males. When, and if, "hate crime" laws are used against blacks, gays, or females, then the pressure will start to abolish them for the insane Orwellian 'thought-crime/some animals more equal than others' nonsense that they are.

I ask the feminazis: Do you gals support a woman's "right to choose" who she dates, whatever her reason for making that choice? If not-why not?
If you do believe in choices other than the choice of abortion-we the, public, will expect to see you publically defending her right of not dating this boy, when the Media , Jesse Jackson and the defendent's lawyer accuse her of deserving what she got, because she didn't date him, just because she is a raciest.
If the alleged stalker is found guilty and sentenced to death as should be the case, if all evidence is verified, then what more could defining it as a hate crime add to the punishment ? The answer is,nothing, just as it is when tagged onto white on black crimes.
Does anyone know Jesse's ETA as yet?

"She should be in her dormitory... She's had a boy stalking her around for quite a long time... He basically wanted to date my daughter and she refused to date him, and now he basically called this morning and said he murdered her." So, the man was stalking her and was a recognized problem.
It' a good thing UNC Wilmington is a "gun free" zone. Somebody could have gotten hurt if the young lady had been packing for protection!
