You can opine all you want. So far there has been only one petition to oust King and it was over malpractice reforms. King runs around mid to so Florida blabbing about this and that but the people who vote for him are totally ignorant of what he stands for because none of his oral garbage is being reported up here. I aim to change that.
What are you doing besides opining?

You are absolutely right!
Please email the petition to your Florida friends! I think if we gather a lot of steam quickly it will make a greater impact.

I've been told by one of our longtime faithful Terri supporters that Sen King has been in the news outside his district (of course we couldn't have any important news about him here) as planning to run for Governor when Jeb's term is over. I'm googling now to see if I can locate that info, it would certainly add some fuel if I can find it. Any help that can be offered is appreciated very much.

King's chances of winning a governor's race are slim and none. JIM KING IS NO JEB BUSH. He will not have Jeb's base handed to him on a silver platter.
On another note, I AM SUPPORTING JOHNNIE BYRD FOR U.S. SENATE (Bob Graham's seat - he's retiring).

Petitions and vigils are absolutely not the only efforts that are ongoing for Terri. Whatever efforts are being undertaken, they illustrate dedication and resolve and Terri has her own base. What wouldn't a candidate for office do to have her demographic?
There's so much going on behind the scenes that just needs to play out.

"The Terri Schiavo vote that I made was probably one of the worst votes that I've ever done," King, a Jacksonville Republican, told The St. Petersburg Times' editorial board last February.
YOU WON'T READ ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN JACKSONVILL, FL. King doesn't want Terri in his backyard.

BINGO! I'm beginning to think there is a reason why King made that particular statement in that area. Felos used King's statement in court( to the best of my knowledge). If there is a connection I pray one of us find it!!
Jacksonville is largely conservative and you could say the votes from Duval county put him in office.
County Jim King (REP) Andy Wojcicki(DEM)
Duval 48,549 21,314
Flagler 12,981 10,196
Nassau 5,899 2,882
St. Johns 25,627 12,234
Volusia 7,359 5,472
Total 100,415 52,098
Percent 65.8% 34.2% He has run unopposed the past 2 elections. I can't get this thing to format right......
