...I'm a registered libertarian, and, I voted for Browne in 2000. Let the flames begin. As always, all the facts are not in. But, I can't believe that nothing was done. GWBush had a plan for the nation, when he was elected. After the attack on the nation, he had more important things to deal with. When at war, lots of things the CIC will not discuss. I might dis-agree with that in principle, but I'll back him on his right to do so. As for reasons not to vote for libertarians, I'll take that into consideration one issue at a time.

...BTW, In Virginia, Bush will get the Electorate with out my vote. But on this issue, I will vote for him in 2004...
