In today's testimony before the Armed Services Committee Hillary Clinton may have revealed the source of the leak of the report. Please have a look at the relevant snippets of the transcript from today.
I guess my theory is this: If she isn't behind the leak, she knows exactly who is.

"The Democrats are becoming like terrorists....they don't play by the same rules!" The democRATs are every bit as dangerous to our national security as terrorists are, as well as to international stability. They don't play by ANY rules. Rules are for Republicans.

Have you watched Rummy's hearing yet? The Democrats, for the most part, looked pretty sleazy.
They are definitely endangering us and inviting terrorist attacks. There ought to be some way to muzzle the damn media. At the least, we should investigate CBS. At least put these idiots through the hoops!

The witch has too many files on too many Republicans (and RINOs). She and Bill will destroy any who try. It has become apparant those files became increasingly irrelevant. Look at how Jamie Gorelick's career was destroyed in one sentence. Yesterday, they were likely rendered wortleess.
Hillary! played with fire on this. She's also always been in over her head, her success rate is actually horrible--her husband did not win elections, or impeachment--he survived them. Her party hasn't won back control of Congress in a decade, and support has been steadily eroding on the state level in at least 15 states since 1996.
Basically, every move she may have a hand in backfired. The destruction of the Dean campaign, the now-laughable 9|11 Commission, and getting sloppy with her brain sypnapses with the WRONG person to do that with, Donald Rumsfeld.
That exchange yesterday could potentially end her political career. It made her look like she was running a shadow government, which infuriates Kerry as much as it does Bush. Also makes her a threat to the legitmate power structure. Threats get dealt with and disposed of quickly in American politics. It is why we never had a personalist dictatorship.
So, I'd be nervous too, if I were her. I'd look to cut a deal, now.

"Have you watched Rummy's hearing yet? The Democrats, for the most part, looked pretty sleazy." Yeah, I watched it, till it got too nauseating. The democRATs ALWAYS look sleazy.....probably because that's what they are. They just don't bother trying to hide it any more.

Did she not say something like this was on it's way months ago? She hinted of something to break that was of an "outside force."

I think Rush was referring to the homosexual aspect of this. It may come out that the soldiers who did this are practicing homosexuals, and the militant homo lobby will resent that characterization of their lifestyle. They may pull support from HIllary.
Does that sound like it fits?
Of course I know that the real issue here isn't gay rights, it's the destruction of America. So they may forgive her as doing what is necessary to acheive a larger goal.

No wonder Hillary and Co hate the Internet and want gatekeepers to purge and scub the data. We are indeed the New Media. Bush should discontinue the daily press briefings and just post online! hehe
Evidence-- Rumsfeld holds a 66% approval according to Newsmax. The Old Media is irrelevant. :)

And what are the chances of anyone in their right mind blowing the whistle on Hillary (not that it would matter anyway)? That would take more guts than facing an entire contingent of Iraqi insurgents, especially if the individual had any knowledge of what happens to people who cross her up If Hellary could be defang .. I'll betcha there would be a whole lot of folks that would start talking
On another note about the hearing with Rummy ... while I was out and about .. alot of people were talking about it .. and they were TICKED off at the Dems
Many didn't pick up on what Hellary said, though I did point it out to them and it was interesting to see their eye pop open like a light bulb just went off .... Anyhow ... what a number of folks I spoke with today were really ticked off at was what Sen. Dayton said about how the news reports and airing of the photos were more important then protecting the lives of our military.
I have to admit I was a little surprise because these folks normally don't like to talk politics .. but they kept saying why is the media doing this to our troops and putting them is such danger

That's encouraging. The RATs are in meltdown. Did you hear the letter that Rush read from stark in reply to the soldier who dared question him about his vote? These people are despicable and it seems more people are starting to see it. There was more political talk at home this trip than normal too....and Kerry isn't winning any favor either.

I'll be really, really surprised if the tracks of those liable for this criminal leaking can get away with it this time.Well, that's the President's call, isn't it? Or does the Geneva Convention fall under a separate jurisdiction?
If it's Bush's call, I have my doubts it will be pursued. New Tone and all...*puke*

One mother I was talking to, mentioned watching Condi's 9/11 hearing and after it some guy on TV said something that was totally opposite of what Condi said and how she started yelling at the TV. Then she asked me how could they blantenly lie about it?

"Then she asked me how could they blantenly lie about it?" Did you tell her that they've been doing that for years? It's just that now, more folks are starting to notice.
