Yeah....the terrorists in Iraq don't even need help from the cowardly creeps in other surrounding nations who slither in to attack civilians (geeez---are terrorists the complete definition of cowards or what---maybe they ARE sexually repressed---they fight like a bunch of cowaring schoolgirls----leaving bombs to explode on buses filled with children, moms, elderly, the UNARMED in general ....geeeeez----the radical Muslims discredit their religion in a huge way, no?)....
All they (the terrorists in Iraq) need right now are SOUNDBITES from teddy kennedy, john kerry, KKK Byrd, hitlery, carl levin, etc.
The democrats are Saddam's BEST FRIENDS!!!
Osama must be enchanted by their rhetoric, as well.
ooooo baby---the backfiring is going to hurt, BIG TIME! We may even get a genuine third party out of the antics of the klinton leftovers!!!! The dems of old, the guys who differed in method but NEVER regarding patriotism, are going to fly from that party so fast in the next few months....believe it....it is already happening.
There is a certain kind of 'shame' attached to liberal democrats and it is begingin to fester within their mainstream population. Poor babies---the elites have become slaves to their special interests.
That happens to people who are so unacquainted with character that they even reflect upon whether or not good character matters!! LOL!

I respect, admire and appreciate our top-notch Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld. I'm confident he will hang tough. He definitely has my support and I would march on Washington to display it.

Stay strong Rummy!!!!! Countless men and women support you and see this witchhunt for what it is-- politic's at all costs by the Democrats as usual.
I'd also like to say that I am proud of Joe Lieberman for having the balls to speak the truth loud and clear during the hearing! That was a wonderful surprise!
Love ya "Yummy Rummy" :)

Isn't that the truth though? A very successful administration shows these dopes how to run, and win, a war. They just can't STAND it!

Years from now, will history give a damn or even record the so-called torture episodes? NOOOOOOOOOOO!
Will history record the victories in Afghanistan and Iraq! YES.
Thank you, Mr. Rumsfeld.

The world would be a far better place if even 10% of the "loyal opposition" had the conviction, courage and fortitude of Donald H. Rumsfeld.
I can't even begin to imagine a different person I would rather have as Secretary of Defense during this important time. GO RUMMY!

Funny, yesterday I attempted to create two threads to show support for Secretary Rumsfeld and both were pulled, without explanation.
Perhaps the Gods are shining on this threat.
For those interested, I send a message of support to Secretary Rumsfeld yesterday in care of his administrator: Harold Heilsnis (Heilsnis, Harold, CIV, OASD-PA

Thanks for starting this thread. I've got Rummy's picture up in my office. It is the cover of U.S. News & World Reports from Dec. 17, 2001.
Remember? Back in the day when the people of America, even the media shills were scared the Islamofacists were going to kill even more of us, and they were happy there was a guy like Rummy around to protect them.
Large portions of the American public seems to have forgotten those days, and that feeling. I assure them all, Osama remembers.

His restraint combined with just the right amount of indignation and forceful presentation of the facts endears him to me.
Hope he feels the support coming through. What a huge responsibility he has.

If Donald Rumsfeld ends up resigning over this issue and President Bush accepts his resignation I will be writing-in Rumsfeld for President in November. And if Kerry wins...so be it. The combination of the two(Rumsfeld resigning and Kerry being elected) will be proof to me that this country did not wake up on September 11th and will not until there is a catastrophic attack ten times the magnitude of 9/11. And if that is what it's going to take then obviously we won't try to stop it until after it happens.
Donald Rumsfeld is one of the greatest Americans of the last fifty years and the fact that people of authority such as Senators and House Representatives are asking for his resignation over an issue that I can only describe as trivial, IMO, is a sign of where this country has gone and where it seems to be headed. It also cannot be over looked that these recommendations for Rumsfeld's resignation are coming from ideological left wingers for the most part and they show the absolute blatant disregard for a country first before politics attitude that should be a requirement for service in the United States Congress. The people calling for Rumsfeld to resign have IMO made themselves that much more irrelevent to the American political scene and their views on domestic and world affairs should not be seen as credible from this day forward by anyone with any common sense. But the fact that these left wing ideologues have constituents and a base of supporters large enough to get them elected is extremely disturbing to me and leaves me demoralized at the politcal climate turn this country has taken post-Vietnam.
We as Americans have a long way to go, it seems to me, towards overcoming the political stain the Vietnam war has left within our established media and our government and in the views of our nation's populace itself. Donald Rumsfeld IMO is a leader who can very effectively help us get through that period and he in fact has helped much already.
I want to state that IMO the issue of Donald Rumsfeld resigning over this issue of abuse of Iraqi terrorists could very well be a turning point for me in support of the Bush Administration. So far the President has done right by Rumsfeld saying he will keep him on as Secretary of Defense and I applaud him for that but I will be watching how this plays out. As for the media and the people who occupy the left-wing of our politcal spectrum I have lost even more respect than I thought possible.
And to close I would like to say that I watched the televised testimony of Rumsfeld, Gen. Myers, etc. today on the issue of the abuse of Iraqi prisoners and I ask why was the person who leaked classified information or at least information that was of obvious importance seemingly not on the mind of any of the Senators asking questions on the panel? To me the single most important prosecution in this whole case should be the person or persons who LEAKED the photos unlawfully and at the great detriment of our troops in the field and of our country's reputation in the world's eyes.

Rummy for President in 2008. Thank you Sec. Donald Rumsfeld for your service and support to the nation and particular to our Troops.
Keep on putting the socialist media in their place. They are to report the news not create the news.
P.S. I felt real good when you slapped a few of the Senators around today especially Dayton.
