Yes - Lindsey Graham was a house impeachment manager. And Hillary has a full FBI file on him, imo.

Just a couple of hours ago I was at a store with one of my sisters and what started out as a nice, friendly conversation turned into a Bush-bashing fest by the cashier. She says her husband joined the National Guard for the college money and nothing else and that if he were called up she would break his kneecaps so he wouldn't have to go. She had just been complaining to my sister about hospitals in California giving service to immigrants before citizens, yet she didn't understand that she was asking for the same thing for her husband. Essentially, get something free (college education) without having to pay for it (live up to your part of the agreement when you join the National Guard).
When another young woman joined the conversation to state that "we need to get them out of Iraq" I told my sister I was ready to leave and walked out the door. Yes, there are intelligence impaired individuals who will vote Dim, even after all of this.

I just sent an email to Pres Bush, that Rumsfeld should not be forced to resign.

FYI..Patton was given a choice..a public apology to all the soldiers and staff at the military hospital, and he could keep his command, or refuse to apoligize and be sent home...

I hear you. There I go acting like a female again. Wanting the men to do all the heavy work. But hey they did get what they asked for. And they're taking it like men. Gloria Steinem would be proud.
LOL...hey I was not one of the ones screaming for all this garbage. I WANT the men to do all the heavy work. My body was not built to take what men can take, nor were men built to bear children, altho a few of them are trying, I think...!!! I am proud of those women regardless if I disagree with them being over there.

your fatuous opposition to the WOT
By WOT I take it you mean the war on terror. I'm not opposed. I supported the invasion of Aghanistan, to get al Queda, from the get-go. But then, without ever getting Osama, we diverted energies to IRaq, which doesn't have WMDs and didn't have a hand in 9-11 (both, as Bush himself now acknoweldges). Meanwhile, Al Queda continues operating, and blew up 200 people in Spain recently. I'm definitely for the war on terrorism. The Iraq war has been as stupid, costly, counterproductive diversion.
To: PISANO
The image you painted (hypothetically) of Patton apologizing for abusing Nazis is unimaginable. I generally have a good imagination, but that is so beyond imagining that it's not working for me. LOL
Great analogy.

Ya think ? She can add that to her already grabbed "out of the loop" and "they wouldn't let me do my job" defense.

QUOTE (jdej @ May 7 2004, 01:58 PM)
To the KERRY Campaign.... Please Please Please do not turn the Senate hearing today and the prisoner abuse into a politcal issue for the campaign!!! I can only see any castigation by the Kerry campaign as a serious affront, a tactical blunder, or even a strategic bombshell for our campaign. Specifically, incidents such as these have happened to other administrations in the past (remember My Lai which happened during a democratic president's term) and will no doubt arise in the future, even during John Kerry's Presidency. The Senate, the panel including Secretary Rumsfeld, and the press have the authority to deal with this issue and will by their actions speak more loudly and more appropriately about this serious issue. Let them do their job. They are now under extreme scrutiny and the unforgettful eye of media.
Don't need to this stuff is good enough to have this administration Impeached!

please contact the white house and let them know you support President Bush and Rummy.
I called and had to wait a little bit, but the lady was so kind and appreciated the comments. They must be getting bombarded by the DU/hate group.
They have to hear from those of us who support President Bush and his staff. She also, was so thankful when I told her I appreciated her and what she does as far as taking comments... She was a breath of fresh air.. compared to the hang up, I got when I called Hillary's office.
BUSH/CHENEY 2004...... more now that ever!

Good for you and I suggest we also ask the FCC to investigate any possible prohibitions in CBS licensing infractions by airing these photos during an investigation.

Maica, how can I become a member of "RAM"? ;)
****
In case it is not just a rhetorical question -
Call, fax or e-mail members of Congress, members of the media, etc. The volume of responses does have an impact.
Call local talk shows to share your thoughts and knowledge, since Freepers really are more informed than the majority of radio listeners, and we can spread the knowledge that we gain here.
Write to columnists, editors or ombudsmen when you see something particularly egregious in an article.
Challenge acquaintances (politely, of course) who insult President Bush or members of his Admin within your hearing. Leftists really believe that any intelligent person is naturally a leftist, so they feel quite comfortable in speaking out, assuming that all of their acquaintances are similary inclined
We must let them know that those days are over. We, conservatives, are not going to be silent in the name of political correctness, or whatever, any longer.
Just a few ideas.

I just sent CBS and Dan Rather a piece of my mind, too! Thanks for the link. I also mentioned their sponsors and that I would be contacting them.

I no longer walk away quietly. I confront.
I got into a big heated discussion at the subway shop one day. With a customer and the "freaky members of the band" types that make my sandwiches.
I did not back down against them. Told them that when they grew up and got away from their Liberal friends and teachers and got REAL jobs, they would realize how stupid they are now.
Called them Liberals (they hate that).
No longer am I going to let them go unchallenged.
To: PISANO
Oh,Gen Patton had to apologize to the troops for slapping a soldier in the psych ward.It caused a furor.
I want the Commander in charge of the prison,Kapinski, to apologize to our armed forces and the nation for dereliction of duty, not seeing to it her soldiers were trained properly and oversight was not done. She couldn't run a day camp.It was overcrowded, yes, but the report shows her personal failures and also the failure of those under her.
