TAMPA -- A judge ruled Thursday that the law pushed by Gov. Jeb Bush to keep a severely brain damaged woman alive is unconstitutional. The governor's office filed an immediate appeal.

I just think it's ludicrous for her to be concerned about being sanctioned within the church when she's already bred two children by him. She's a weirdo!

I agree. She seems to be selective about what Catholic beliefs she has to adhere to.

You would think one disabled human being would rate abuse protection laws that would prevent the state from starving and dehydrating her to death. I'm sure the judges would enforce the abuse laws for a pig, just not for Terri.

You would think the agencies that are suppose to help the disabled would prevent her husband from being able to isolate her from her family. Isolation sure sounds like abuse to me.

If I recall correctly, shortly after MS decided to be selective about who sees Terri "to preserve her right to privacy", he took a local reporter in to see her. How's THAT for a right to privacy??

Jay Wolfson saw Terri on a daily basis and most of his remarks CUT IN TERRI'S FAVOR.

This is Terri's 39th day of forced isolation from her parents, siblings,
priest, those who love her and her 1488th day confined to just a single
small room by Hospice of the Florida Suncoast (give or take a few days
of having to be in the hospital from neglect and almost being
dehydrated/starved to death). Terri is denied any extensive/comprehensive
range of motion therapy or any kind of therapies that could make her better.
Terri is not terminal yet Michael Schiavo is trying hard to make it so.
AHCA's April 1st investigation didn't see anything wrong with Terri's teeth
yet shortly after their investigation 5 teeth were completely removed from
her mouth, with no restorative work considered. The evidence cannot be
denied.

The question is WHAT ARE YOU AND YOUR FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT

I recall when Terri's parents first brought up the possibility that MS may have been responsible for Terri's collapse, Greer said that he didn't see how something that happened 10 years ago had a bearing on his decision in this case.

HELLO!! This goes directly to MS's credibility and whether he could be trusted to be telling the truth. If he were responsible it is perfectly logical he would lie about her wishes in order to protect himself! How stupid IS this judge?!!

On Larry King Live, MICHAEL SCHIAVO stated "I did this to my mother and my father... I'm not going to stop."

I was attending a press conference in the fall of 2003. A little old lady who was a volunteer in Hospice Woodside came out and stood by us. She stated that "Michael Schiavo yelled at her." She was only 4' 8" tall and HAD A WALKER. After that happened, A STRANGE MAN IN A SUIT CAME UP TO HER AND ASKED FOR HER NAME. MS is quite tall and THE DAY THEY PULLED TERRI'S FEEDING TUBE in October of 2003, he dressed as an UGLY WOMAN so he could walk in front of all the signs right before the tube was pulled. He DIDN'T LIKE THE SIGNS THAT SAID HE WAS A MURDERER (little feelings got hurt).

And, I need to call the local talk radio station. They keep saying that Life Support has kept Terri alive for 14 years. That gives a false impression that she's in a coma and hooked up to machines. A FEEDING TUBE IS NOT LIFE SUPPORT. IT'S NOT MEDICAL TREATMENT. It's a burger and fries - it's nutrition. Anyone even someone perfectly healthy would DIE if they had no food or water.

OLDER PEOPLE ARE LIVING LONGER. THEY ARE REACHING FOR THE DISABLED NOW FOR THE BOTTOM LINE. This is a big industry - killing people.

The innocent handicapped Americans ARE CASH COWS and Terri's been stripped of all her rights.
