TAMPA -- A judge ruled Thursday that the law pushed by Gov. Jeb Bush to keep a severely brain damaged woman alive is unconstitutional. The governor's office filed an immediate appeal.

I know - we are the sum of our parts. For instance, I cannot see the movie The Passion because then I'd get instant PTSD. I'm a car accident victim myself back to back in the nineties.

I am posting my email to Governor Bush I just sent:

The Judges in Pinellas-Pasco County are being perceived as buffoons throughout the United States of America. The perception is well deserved. THEY ARE A SYNDICATE in my opinion. They have done irreparable harm already. We are shaken and I want my life back too when Terri is safe and sound.

THIS COMING MONDAY IS NATIONAL RALLY DAY FOR TERRI DAY FYI...

I appreciate all your efforts and if you multiply your efforts by fifty fold, that is the effort being made by Terri supporters in Pinellas County. We are tired but FIRMLY believe that Terri has a right to live and nobody can take that right away from her. THOU SHALT NOT KILL.

WE CANNOT SECOND GUESS OR PLAY GOD unless of course, we are Judges in the Sixth Circuit and I am including JUDGE DAVID DEMERS, W. DOUGLAS BAIRD AND GEORGE GREER.

Shame on David Demers for FIRING JAY WOLFSON. He must have been on to something. I believe Terri CAN SWALLOW. It would ruin all the Judges, Felos and Michael Schiavo's plans if it were found out that Terri didn't even need that silly MEDICAL TREATMENT, I mean feeding tube.

Why is SUICIDE ON STAGE BANNED AS TOO DISTASTEFUL AND WRONG AND A LAW WAS PASSED, why IS CRUELTY TO ANIMALS BANNED AND A LAW WAS PASSED?

WHY IS KILLING TERRI NOT DISTASTEFUL, WRONG OR CRUEL? You tell me and we'll both know.

I AM PRAYING.......

Thanks, Jeb,

"Are you a Manichee?"

That would be a combination of a maniac and a banshee, right?

I took a break from duty for awhile, but I'll be up for just a little longer. Good to know that there will be few other souls out there with me, watching , waiting, praying, etc.

Nobody, not even MS, claims that there were any witnesses to her alleged statements.

Michael claims that, after watching a movie about Karen Ann Quinlan, Terri indicated that she wouldn't want to live 'connected to tubes' like Ms. Quinlan. Apparently Michael's one of Michael's sibling and that person's spouse support that claim.

What makes the claim particularly interesting, however, is that Karen Ann Quinlan was on life support (a respirator) until a court authorized its removal over complaints that such removal would cause Ms. Quinlan's death. Karen Ann Quinlan then started breathing on her own. So even if Michael's claims about what Terri said are true, that wouldn't show that Terri would want to be killed. If anything, it would suggest that she would want people to try to help her live without artificial support.

"The culture of death marches on.
Liberals want to right to kill anyone who is defenseless.
They only object to the killing of terrorists and murderers. Go figure."

I'll figure this: We're in those times where evil will be called good, and good will be called evil.

As far as I understand, Michael is not Catholic, but his fiancee, Jodi Centonze, is, and she wants a nice Catholic wedding once Terri's out of the picture. That's one of the reasons divorce is out of the picture for Michael.

Oh yes, she deserves a nice Church wedding. Actually she deserves to be excommunicated!!!!

"Has John Kerry ever flipped or flopped on Terri?"

As far as I know, the only RAT candidate in favor of letting people in Terri's situation live was Lieberman. They mentioned it the night of the 1st RAT candidate debate.

Another thing that has always bugged me about Michael is this supposed intention of her saying she wouldn't want to live 'connected to tubes'. IF she really said that, then why would he go against her wishes and have her 'hooked up' in the first place?

I can only logically think that if Terri were really sure that she wouldn't want to live like that, Michael would never have allowed the port to be implanted in the first place. The fact that he only remembered her supposed wish 8 years after she 'collapsed' shows how he is lying about it in in the first place. Or was he coached by his new lawyer at that time, George Felos, who had just come on to this case? Isn't it a bit coincidental that Felos became part of the case at the same time that he resigned his position as the Chairman of the Board of the Hospice of the Suncoast?

This whole thing stinks so badly!

I just think it's ludicrous for her to be concerned about being sanctioned within the church when she's already bred two children by him. She's a weirdo!

I also find it alarming that Judge Greer has granted perpetual continuances to Mr. Schiavo in matters challenging his guardianship. A motion was filed almost 20 months ago seeking to remove Michael as guardian, but Michael has been able to endlessly stall it.

I've put together a page of Florida vanity license plates on my nearly defunct website. Some friends of Terri might find good uses for them :)

Here are some samples:

To see the rest, click this link: http://bellsouthpwp.net/w/a/wampus_swamp
Then click the link that says "FL Plates for FR".

I ask that anyone who wants to use the plates download them, and make whatever use of them you want. Please do not link directly, especially if you use them on a webpage, since I don't have much bandwidth and will probably have to take them down in a month or so.

You are so right! I am firmly convinced that the main reason why Greer continues to rule in Michael's favor is because he is in major doo-doo if Terri lives. Now, he could prove me wrong my awarding Terri's family guardianship of her, but I'm not holding my breath.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but it's been my understanding that MS claimed Terri expressed her desire not be allowed to live, outside the presense of any witnesses; and his sister later claimed Terri made a separate, similar statement to her in private, outside the presense of any witnesses. Even if their blatant lies were true, does a casual comment to one person, and another casual comment to a different person, both comments made in private with no witnesses, constitute clear and convincing evidence of a statement witnessed by two people (as required by law) that the person wishes to be starved and dehydrated to death if ever they are disabled?

Even if it technically did, that such a thing is permitted to enable suicide by proxy (Terri can't say no to food and drink, so her luvin' [?] hubby does it for her) is creepy beyond measure.

Whether or not Terri wins this one, Florida needs to tighten up its constitution and laws so there will not be more Terris. Anything short of ironclad proof (and this sure ain't) is simply unthinkable as a "justification" to withhold alimentation on behalf of one who can't refuse it himself or herself.
