TAMPA -- A judge ruled Thursday that the law pushed by Gov. Jeb Bush to keep a severely brain damaged woman alive is unconstitutional. The governor's office filed an immediate appeal.

If he wasn't lying, that buys us more time to lobby, protest and place numerous phone calls and gain earned media.

JEB'S ATTORNEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD TAKE THIS ALL THE WAY TO THE SUPREME COURT. Go, Jeb!

Terri is not hooked up to machines. There are no "plugs to be pulled". A feeding tube is like a port if you know what a port is.

Terri is not brain dead. Terri can swallow but they won't allow swallowing tests because if the world found out that she didn't need the feeding tube, they couldn't KILL HER. That's the bottom line. Careful or you will be labelled a troll sent here to disrupt.

The only likely LIFE INSURANCE POLICY would be held by her husband in name only who told Larry King "he wouldn't stop". Her husband starved his mom and his dad. FV, I know that those of us who are current on the Terri threads often get emotional about her, especially on days like today when we get bad news. But I think it would be a good idea to calm down sometimes and follow through on someone's train of thought before we jump all over them.

Antaresequity, it's so good to have you on board! Some of the regular posters to the Terri threads are right on the front lines for Terri's fight, and they can sometimes let their emotions get the best of them. We have had many trolls here in the past, especially when there's a new round of info making the airwaves. That's often when we see them (the trolls) rear their ugly heads.

It has been a tough battle, but I know I'm in for the long haul, and I know others are as well. May God hear our heaven-sent pleadings to return Terri to the arms of her loving family!
