So if i pick a stock broker and he mismanages my funds and I lose money I can sue him? That is good news.

When it was first filed by Connecticut's Democratic state treasurer and attorney general, one name from Forstmann Little's masthead was conspicuously absent: Mr. Bowles, who was busy down in North Carolina running for the Senate seat being vacated by former Sen. Jesse Helms. It was a crucial race in which the control of the Senate was at stake.

How nice to have low friends in high places. Wonder that didn't warrant its own investigation?

It's not the crime, it's the cover-up.

I didn't read cover-up. I read that he was a partner in a firm and that the original indictment did not name him, but I do not see him being sued over a cover-up...?

If their business practices were negligent, yes, same as anything else.

Bowels lives off the generosity of his rich wife, same as DystenKerry. Twins separated at birth?

Reminds me of Bowles' 2002 campaign. He went around bragging about his NC manufacturing company until it was revealed the company had shipped jobs to Mexico. All of a sudden it's wasn't even his "family's" company, it was just his wife's company.

LOL! Sounds like DysenKerry's response to the revelation of a SUV in his family.
