Why can't Republicans in the state nominate the geek by write-in vote during the next democratic nomination? If we get any republican to skip the republican run-up...we'd have enough vote to get Al as a major player....wouldn't that be great to watch?

Larry Lujack's comment to Franken was, "I hope it goes a little better than that radio thing."
To: presidio9
"maybe make it a little less guest-heavy"
Sounds like Franken may be having trouble actually getting any more "guests" to prostitute themselves for the cause.

"I asked Hillary, 'Can you give me some suggestions about running for Senate in a state you haven't lived for in a while, or in your case, ever?' " Franken recalled, laughing heartily. "Sure," said Hillary smiling. "First you have to find an amazingly ignorant and gullible electorate, easily dazzled by celebrity. Then you have the media fawn all over you as if you are Jesus Christ so they never, ever, ask you a challenging question. Next, get your husband's vicious smear machine to dig up and expose enough dirt on your opponent that he wants to drop out of the campaign and you call all your husband's friends to donate money to your campaign on an 'or else' basis. Think you can do that, Al?...Al?"

Do it.
Couldnt be a less likeable man in America, plus he has exactly zero experience in any political or business related field. Hell lock up the uber-liberal, venom-filled, 30% of the vote, and garner not a single independent or moderate Dem.
Do it. Dork.

My advice to the lame "comedian" "politician".... don't - you've already proved what an idiot you are.

Here's my advise, Al - to enhance one's chances to win a seat in the senate a candidate ought to be able to hold their breath for at least five minutes.

The only holdout, he said, is his 19-year-old son, Joe, who is worried he'll see less of his father. No comment.
The group, called Media Matters for America, plans "to correct conservative misinformation in the media."
So David Brock strikes again.

"David Brock,. . . is helping to launch a Web site that will highlight what it considers inaccurate claims in media reporting by conservatives. . ."
This is getting to be an even bigger joke!
Now they will be dong 'double-time'; re-crafting their spin and lies; filtering and parsing the truth; a 'second time around'.
Surely a dirty job; but no one better qualified. . .
