Brown & Root name - apparently his direct bosses - instead of any reference to his indirect one, which is Haliburton. Even Fox did! Cover-up! Hamill+Haliburton would RUIN their DNC Agenda.
Stay safe...
Thanks.
Actually, KBR is a subsidiary of Halliburton. KBR employees and management refer to it as "KBR" and rarely as "Halliburton." Not out of any desire to disassociate, it's just that there are so many subsidiaries and KBR is probably the most prominent among them.
(Now, how would I know that? {innocently batting eyelashes}...)

Abviouslly there was no will to level Fallujah with air power and jarheads proved to be unable to take Fallujah in an ground assault, hence the deal with with our newest member of the coalition of the willing, the Ba'athists. You missed the point of my remarks and then went off on a tangent. As far as the Marines being unable to take Fallujah, I think you are dead wrong. It was a political decision, not a military one to take the city by force. The Marines had a kill ratio of more than 10 to 1. They would have isolated and destroyed the enemy if they had been let off the leash. Make no mistake about that.

I don't recall spinning anything, anyway. You seem to think our marines were incapable of taking Fallujah. Wrongo. Big time. And "the Ba'athists" being back in is a result of having slim pickings to choose from, when looking for senior army officers among the Iraqis. Cherry picking from a rotten orchard. Personally, I think it's a really good idea. Let the Iraqis see that they have a choice between accepting American largesse, or having the former regime back!

Don't let armchair generals who are 6,000 miles away from Iraq bother you Jim.
They have been popping up like weeds around FR, lately.
JMO, I think most of them are liberal disruptors trying to tear down morale.

It was a political decision, based on the fact that muslims heroically shoot from behind women and children, knowing that dirtbags like you will spit on the troops and call them baby-killers when they return fire.
The marines could level the city, but then we'd have to fight the likes of you and your traitorous candidate.

You can spin it all you want but the fact remains that Marines are out and the much hated Ba'athists and Republican Guard are in. And from that you were able to intuit that the Marines were incapable of taking Fallujah. LOL!
I bet you just clean up on the carnival guessing games.

You don't suppose someone with a name like 'liberalme' could be a liberal disruptor, do you?

You know, I had a feeling that this guy would escape. He didn't have that "deer caught in the headlights" look in the video of him being held captive.
He was cool as a cucumber in the footage taken the day he was kidnapped.

How does that compare to your milage? Just curios I'm 6,000 miles away also. I am also not a military expert and don't play one on FR, but I will trust the military and their commanders over a liberal press any day of the week.

on the topic of Fallujah = this appeared in my mailbox this a.m.: Very interesting statement. If this is authentic, it definitely means that the turning over of (part of) Fallujah to the former Baathist general was a clever stroke. One of the problems of the Iraqi Governing Council is that they seem to be heavily Shiite and it seems to me that they are beginning to regard Iraq as automatically belonging to them (note the gentleman from the "Supreme Council for Islamic Revolution in Iraq"). Saddam and most of his head honchos were Sunnis, so perhaps this will provide a counterweight.
It will be interesting to find out what Hamill might have found about the situation during his capitivity.
