Got this from a friend of mine whose brother is over there...this is hilarious! As a Yankee die-hard I just had to share it with ya'll.

Just wondering how you are so sure of how he came in possession of the picture. What exactly makes you so "adequate" in this capacity?

How could you NOT know? This thing has been all over FR for the last two or three weeks as well as making the national news...do you not read anything here?

You have seen it all over FR and say he has seen it all over FR. He says he received it from a friend who's brother is in Iraq.
What's the problem? All can be true! What possible harm has he done? What crime has been committed?
Why call someone a liar?Pretty quick on the trigger,it would seem.

Ouch...I think my credibility is better than a 2 person fatality car crash in NJ.

I read and post on FR every day--probably way too much--and this is the first I've seen it. In fact, I just sent it to a Yankee fan for a laugh, before I realized it was not real.

If you have Windows, just right click on the picture. A
box will come up with options, choose the "Save picture as" and give it a name.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1127424/posts Fairly new poster Bogdon something or other. Won many hearts here as a "simple Polish guy". Had family emergencies every week and prayer threads would be started. He blew it this past week with an urgent thread saying his wife had just died in a car accident and now Freepers know he was a fake.
Anyway, Chads is the name of one of his threads. It's funny.

I know who you mean! His name is bogdanPolska12. I exchanged some posts with that guy -- he seemed like an cool enough person, and I never saw any of his "family emergency" posts. Guess I've been too insensitive to notice those posts, whether they're bogus or real.

Are you sure he knows? Are you sure he didn't get it in email?Check the "properties" of the photo in post #1, and clip the last two sublinks.
Headache has tried to pass this off as original and worse yet, he thinks we are too stupid to figure it out.

1. He did not say it was his friends brother in the photo. He said it was sent to him by a friend who has a brother over there.
2. He did not say it was taken by his friends brother. He said it was sent to him in email by a friend of his.
2. He said it was sent to him by his friend in email, and did not take credit, or give credit, for the photo.
If a friend of yours sent you an email with the only thing in it this:
http://www.ryano.net/iraq/img/1/139084.jpg
and you clicked the link, saw the photo and you thought it was funny and worth posting on a thread of it's own, would you post it? Oh, and forgot to mention; your friends brother is somewhere in Iraq. So now all of a sudden you are guilty of some crime?
Unbelievable.
So now if anyone wants to post a picture, they have to name the exact author of it? Good grief. He did not take or give credit for it, he only said a friend sent it to him.

So, do you usually piss off this many people by merely posting?
What a bunch of grumps here this weekend!

Usually. But only when a bunch of false accusations get tossed around. I think the facts need straightening out. Too many trolls on this website.
