what I wonder is just who is going to enforce the beach smoking ban in santa moncia and LA city beaches??

good question - LA County is laying off sheriffs due to budget crunching and cutting loose the crooks because we no longer have enough room or guards to keep them - but smoking enforcement will be a priority especially with the NY police chief we now have in Lo Angeles - pot smoking at the beach of course will still be ok for medical purposes only...

I'm sure the fines will be sufficient to make it a fine source of self-sustaining revenue. Five citations per day will cover pay and benefits for the duputy. Less dangerous than a typical traffic stop.
