What's a Randi Rhodes? I think he played guitar for Ozzy at one time but died in a plane wreck.

Adding stations when you are paying for the air time doesn't mean you are successful, it means somebody with deep pockets is paying for the propaganda. Come to think of it if franken creature wasn't such an ass he would pass for Goebbels, but without the good intentions

Before taking this Air America deal, she had the number one show in all of south Florida. Limbaugh's back yardI live in S. Florida, and I never heard of her.

I was sick in bed yesterday, and used the opportunity to listen to Franken's show for the first time.
Nothing that hateful and monotonous could possibly be considered amusing. I am truly puzzled at your positive review.
What amazed me was the "advertising". I wanted to hear what companies would dare to advertise with such a vicious example of the angry left at it's most obnoxious.
The answer is, in the 2 hours I listened, was zero. Nada. Zippy. Not one paying advertiser. The commercials were ALL "a public service announcement from the Ad Council", some "Earth Update" which was obviously a freebie, or station promos... lots of unfunny, obnoxious promos which apparently represent the "best" of the shows.
Al.... you can't sell ONE ad? NOT ONE STINKING AD????!!!! Keep sucking at your sugar daddy's teat, creep. PAY YOUR KEEP, LOSER.

I'd rather be tied to a chair, have my eyelids taped open and forced to watch re-runs of "Gilligan's Island". B-o-r-i-n-g crappola.

My call would be close of business, 5PM,EDT. If it's a fantasy pool, I want my prize to be a photo opportunity with Bush and Cheney in the Oval Office.

I think he played guitar for Ozzy at one time but died in a plane wreck.Yup. He's who I think of every time I hear the name. Figures democrats would hire a dead guy for a radio broadcaster. Must be a dull show.
BTW: RR was a truely fantastic guitarist. Someday I hope to listen to him and SRVaughn play. God must be rocking these days.

Truth be told, NPR sometimes offers very fine programming, although I can't listen to it because of the hushed and pseudo-intellectual tone of the hosts. Are they on some sort of antidepressant, or trying to make some obscure point? If NPR were a free market phenomenon I would listen more, but as it is I just troll a bit on the weekend. Now, Air America sounds like a cluster of precocious seventh graders, so perhaps a merge with NPR isn't an option.

Randi Rhodes is such a great success that I'd never heard of her prior to Err America's great launch.
I'd rather listen to Randy Rhoads. Ozzy's great, but deceased, guitarist.

Anyone seen the Yahoo ad where Ben Stein's saying all the goofy things dems use it for, and then franken goes on about how Reps just look at it to look up yachts.. Oh, and trophy wives.<sarcasm>
He was talking about Republicans? I thought he was talking about John Kerry!
