[history]
April 28, 2004 -- Eighty thousand people - 80,000. Men, women and children. Muslims and non-Muslims alike. All slated to be executed by a combination of explosives and chemical poison in a terrorist attack in Jordan.
This is the true nature of those we are fighting. In fact it is their greatest advantage: There is no moral second-guessing over "collateral damage." For the Islamo-fascist, there is no such thing as collateral damage.

I was going to crack a joke, but the murder of 80,000 makes even me sober up.

Swept quietly under the rug is the fact that they got the money and training from Al-Qaeda...linked to IRAQ.
B..b..b..but there is no link between Iraq and Al-Qaeda ...dumb leftists.

I am beginning to wonder if some in this country, indeed in the world will ever get it.

It sure would be great if President Bush could cover this issue in his next address to the Nation. I think then we would all get it and see how the Dems interpret that information!

I thought Jordan was a Muslim country? Why would they attack it?

Carolyn,
It would seem the reasoning is this: the true Muslim brothers who would die in the attack would be martyrs and justifiable deaths so long as the 'enemy' is given a significant hit. The main target of the bomb was to be an enclave of Western embassies and the Jordanian security agencies which are working with the West to stop terrorist cells.

Thanks for the explanation -- it makes sense. What a mess this all is.

Political Correctness is going to be the end of the US. We're too weak and scared to take the gloves off and end this. Of course Bush will and is being blamed for dragging out these small battles on the WOT (yes, Afghanistan and Iraq are merely battles, we haven't seen the war yet) but the American people have gotten too soft and don't understand the severity. Our enemy doesn't want to hold hands and sing Kumbayah, they want to wipe out half the world. Our ememy doesn't want warm fuzzies.

Wow.
That site has left me speechless.
