Them's fightin' words if I ever heard any. Let loose the dogs of law and it might be the most important contribution FR will make all year, or at least our best publicity.

Did he cite anything specific? Like most of America, I have treated Hair-brained Amerika with supreme apathy, tinged with contempt. It's like passing a bad accident on the side of the road, you want to get past it before it traumatizes the kids.

What's a DNS attack?
DoS would be Denial of Service - sending so many phony requests that the server is swamped.
DNS is the Domain Name Service - the only "attack" possible would be changing the registrar / site IP numbers, etc. That would be one person's doing, and hardly possible unless a password is given.
What am I missing?

Gee, Mr Walsh, I was unaware the Jim Robinson directly approved of all actions done by the free association of people who are members of his web site.
I'll like to see you prove it in a court of law your site was hacked by Freepers.

If they had a Web site worth "messing" with, he may have a point. Maybe.

crikey....it's
always somebodys else's fault with leftists, isn't it? Geez it irritates the crap outta me.
besides, was he too chicken to say their mantra: "It's Bush's fault"? Is their chant now, "It's the FReepers fault."?

The cleaning lady probably pulled the server's plug out while vacuuming, and the VRWC put her up to it.

He must mean DOS.
What he must also mean is that too many people went to their silly site one day, and they couldn't handle the load.
It must have been freepers. It couldn't have been all those (dozens) of devoted listeners in LA and Chicago who suddenly couldn't get Air America on their radio anymore and had to listen at the site. Naw, couldn't have been that...
